"I've had multiple issues since moving in, over the span of the year I've been here I've had multiple issues with the closet, having mold being left in it for over a month because THE OFFICE LOST MY KEY or THE LEAKING FROM THE SAME AREA and even with multiple notes left in the requests of my ESA DOG BEING IN HIS CRATE WHILE IM NOT HOME, I was still asked TO LEAVE MY JOB TO GO BACK HOME TO LET THEM IN AND STAY TIL THEY WERE DONE. Then there was the Air Conditioning that took them two to three days and literally 7 to 12 calls to come fix. I've now been labeled as aggressive and rude, and unable to renew. My ESA DOG has also become aggressively infected by fleas and a skin condition he did not have until AFTER I MOVED HERE. I AM ABSOLUTELY BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THESE APTS. ALLOWING THEIR TRASH MAN TO PEE BY DUMPSTERS WHILE CHILDREN ARE OUTSIDE TOO?! GOD FORBID THEY ACTUALLY PICK UP THE TRASH YOU PAY TO HAVE PICKED UP, THEY DOUBLE CHARGE FOR TRASH FOR IT TO LITERALLY NOT GET PICKED UP FOR DAYS AT A TIME, AND IF YOU LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE NEXT DAY YOULL BE TOLD TO TAKE IT OUT YOURSELF OR GET CHARGED FOR IT.

UPDATE: THESE PHOTOS IVE UPLOADED ARE FROM THE DAY/MOMENT I WALKED IN TO THE APT FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME. YES THE FRIDGE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE KITCHEN. I WAS TOLD IT WAS FROM SQUATTERS BUT IM PRETTY SURE ITS THE YOUNG PAINTERS/MAINTAINANCE."

"This review is to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the living experience at Townwest Apartment. The safety concerns and neglectful management have created an intolerable living environment.
Safety Issues:
Frequent Break-ins: My car was recently damaged during a failed break-in attempt. This is just one example of the recurring safety issues in the complex.

Unauthorized Access: Strangers and non-residents regularly breach the perimeter fence, posing a significant security risk.
Gun Violence: The complex has been plagued by frequent shootings and gunshots, creating a climate of fear and anxiety.

Negligent Management:
Unresponsive to Concerns: Despite repeated reports, the property management has been unresponsive to safety issues. My car damage has gone unaddressed, and basic maintenance requests have been ignored.

Lack of Security: The inadequate security measures have contributed to the unsafe environment. There is a clear lack of concern for the well-being of residents.

Masked Intruders: Strangers have also been observed jumping over the fence and under the barricade, often wearing face masks. This behavior raises further concerns about the potential for criminal activity.

Negligent Maintenance: Despite numerous maintenance requests, the property management has failed to address the critical issue of a malfunctioning security lamp. This lack of action has compromised the safety of the area.

Overall Experience:
Living at Townwest Apartment Property has been a mentally draining and frustrating experience. The constant fear and insecurity have made it impossible to enjoy my home. I urge potential residents to reconsider choosing this complex.
I hope that this review will bring attention to the serious problems at Townwest Apartment and prompt the property management to take immediate action to improve the safety and living conditions of all residents.

Despite repeated attempts to address these problems, the situation has continued to deteriorate, posing a significant threat to the well-being of all residents.

"I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and I’m really impressed with the maintenance services. Moises Medrano, the plumber. Moises has always been quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help with plumbing issues. He’s thorough, knowledgeable, and makes sure everything is fixed correctly. It’s clear he cares about his work and the residents he helps. I really appreciate his dedication and the peace of mind he provides!""

"I currently stay here and I’m only continuing my stay because it’s cheap for the space. This picture I posted is one of many victims whose car has gotten vandalized and this is by the front office. If it’s not the car issue it’s random gun shots every night or homeless people lingering around the property. The new manager act like this is a 5 star apartment complex but they give low budget. Especially the manager whenever she chooses to be in the office. The maintenance is very poor at the jobs they choose to do mandatory or not they’ll do it on their time. The neighbors mind their business for the most part but then you have some that act as if they got hired to go above and beyond. Apartments are roach infested and on the first floor you’ll find yourself having a rat problem. The apartments are not up to date especially if you stayed here for some years. They do not offer reservations when renewing your lease. My apartment is very out dated. The list can go on. They have a mold issue, a/c issue. The walls are thin from left to right and top to bottom."

"Dont move in here. I get the apartments are big but its not worth it. Trust me! The ac has been breaking for the entirety of my time living here (7 years) and i lived here in two different units for 3 years before that. The manager is never there. Im always told shes on vacation. Recently since they built the pond behind the fence we have bug issues! I mean we literally have everything, roaches of all sizes, beetles, spiders, earwigs, caterpillars, mosquitos, ladybugs, what i was told were baby wasps, we had a rat issue at one point. The stove works when it wants to my dishwasher has never worked no matter how many times theyve been " repaired"The walls are so paper thin, you could hear your neighbor sneeze. Our cars are broken into if not every couple weeks, every month. I report it to the office but nothing. The gates are always open and the gate remotes never work. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE! When we first moved in the master bathrooms were dirty and when we complained they claim its not their job to clean, its the previous residents job. i still havent had my free carpet cleaning done since renewing earlier this year.Ive asked to check my home for mold and they still havent done even after several requests. We only stay here because of the size and we are a big family and the price of living going up the post covid. Seems they are taking advantage of that. They keep raising the rent but see no improvements but reno in office and reno in some units that people move put of.oh and the water pressure is horrible and they never answer thw phone. we have to call over and over and over again and even then they won't answer their phones. Ive stood in the office and called and they dont answer."
