"I really wanted to like it here, but I have unfortunately come to hate it. While I understand noise comes with apartment living, the noise here is EXCESSIVE!! Not even a white noise machine helps. Having a family of 4-5 with kids living above and they’re screaming, banging, and running around until nearly 1am. I wish I could attach videos. & I noticed another review that someone is to a point of contacting CPS, wonder if we could be talking about the same neighbor. The child SCREAMS for hours on end, not cry or whine, SCREAMS. and the adults are also screaming
Leasing staff/management do not respond to emails and getting someone to answer a phone is nearly impossible. I always end up having to go to the leasing office to speak to someone and to my surprise there is no one sitting at the front desk. Management has changed for the worst in my opinion. Getting packages delivered here is horrible as they’re not put in lockers, just left of a bench. I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone."
"I had an amazing tour yesterday with the fantastic leasing manager and property manager during my visit to Houston! The property truly offers everything you could want in a place to live—beautiful apartments, excellent amenities, and a team that goes above and beyond. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just a short walk away, from grocery stores to shopping centers. I can confidently say you won't regret leasing here. Highly recommend! ?"
"Great maintenance staff. I think his name was Arnando. Professional and pleasant. Made me feel comfortable. Resolved my three maintenance issues quickly as I was working from home at the time. Hopefully he continues with the new management."
"I live in the second building. And I thought only 5 people were allowed to live in each apartment. There is a family of 6 on the 4th floor. 2 parents and 4 kids. The kids are all under the age of 4. The mother yells and curses at them daily. She curses out the father as well. It’s worth mentioning as she simply doesn’t give a crap about disturbing her neighbors. I’m almost to the point of calling CPS.
We are now being charged for parking. And then additional charges for covered parking. Utterly ridiculous. The charges just keep being added on.
The maintenance and housekeeping team are very nice. Hopefully, they have been retained with the new owners. We shall see."
"I absolutely love living here. We moved from Humble & have been so pleased here. Office team is helpful and easy to communicate with. The Maintenance men are nice and quick with work orders/fixes. The property is so safe, I don’t think I’ve ever felt safer at a complex. It’s quiet and all common areas (halls included) are always kept so nice and clean! I’m always recommending the Lofts to anyone, take a tour!"
