"This was the worst experience ever, I lived here for 2 years. I didn't plan to stay that long. Stay the next year because of unforeseen circumstances. Management tried to talk to neighbors about the noise levels in the disrespect, but some residents just don't care. I will hold management accountable because I think that it is their responsibility to make sure they know who they are moving in and out of their apartment complex. Say what you will but I know for a fact that they are not knowledgeable of all of the residents that live on their property. The neighbors are very disrespectful and noisy, when one neighbor is done the other neighbor starts. Between neighbors fighting with each other, parties every day of the week, stray animals everywhere, parking lot constantly flooding, this is a never ending story of discomfort and wishing and hoping that your lease can hurry up and end. I was as nice as I could be about it even though I didn't complain every day as I should have because I was paying my rent on time, but it seems the neighbors were able to do whatever they wanted to do whether it was legal or not. I stop complaining or asking for any respect because I came to the conclusion that it would never happen. The best part about being there was moving out of there. I have never been so grateful and so happy and so excited to leave somewhere. I thank God everyday in its only been a week and a half. I have zero regrets moving out but every regret for moving into that apartment complex. I could get into the conditions if I please, but just go by there and it'll speak for itself. I see a lot of reviews they respond with saying that it's under new management, but my commentary, review, thoughts and issues are with the new management. I don't know if new management made it better, but if what I experience under this management was better than I'm sorry for the people that came before me because this was horrible. I wish the best of the future resident is that decide to lease with these people because you will not be happy. And if you are happy that just means you like the ratchet mess that comes with this apartment complex, the management, and residents that comes with it. Good luck

I just got the email of your response, and it seems like you're calling me a liar. EVERYTHING I SAID WAS TRUE. your response saying that some issues weren't reported, but those issues were happening right in front of the office most of time. STOP LYING, JUST SAY YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER SUCKS."

"I've been living here for 2 yrs + and the old management were more reliable and very kind and cared about the people who lived here. The new recent management team are rude, NEVER seem to be in the office and now off all weekend. The washers have NOT been working for over a year!!!!!!!!!!! And that was one of the reasons I choose to live here is because I thought they'll have working washers and dryers. But no.i really wish they brought back the old management smh other than that the people that live here are nice and mind their own business."
