"Hello I was reading reviews and it seems there is 3 problems roach infestation which is inhabitable because no one wants roaches on them and their food. Break in and car theft? And problems with you guys billing them an unfair amount or contacting collections. I’m new here and was just looking around and I also saw yall comment about contact in guys if anyone have issues but some of these people lived there for 5 months to 1 year or even more. You guys still haven’t resolved their issues? I think the place look nice but the reviews everyone is saying the same thing and I wouldn’t wanna be stuck in a 1 year lease with bugs, rude management who tends to only be nice when signing lease, theft , or trash everywhere.
You guys should really handle resident concerns and address them and do things differently because I don’t like what I’m seeing and it’s pretty sad they spending their hard earned money to be uncomfortable."

"I absolutely loved my experience. Total turn around was 48 hours . Ms .Tiffany AMAZING. Through the entire process she gave me step by step instructions. I applied on a Saturday morning. She called me first thing Monday with an update. Move in took about 10 minutes. Refreshing experience of outstanding customer service."

"If you're looking for a reasonably priced, quite, family friendly community RUN DON'T WALK straight to the office of Tiffany (leasing agent). She's very professional yet down to earth, answered every question, even some without being asked. Her work ethic definitely shows working past office hours to help get your application processed. And helping you find the best unit that's fits your family's needs and your budget. The process took 3 days with one being her day off. The unit itself is amazing with more than enough storage and did I mention the soaker tubs but she was indeed what sealed the deal. She had no problem with viewing multiple units some more than once just to make sure you are comfortable with making the best decision. Wish I would've found this hidden gem sooner."
