"I recently moved into a new home and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The property is absolutely gorgeous, featuring a beautiful pool with stunning downtown views and an awesome club room perfect for gatherings. George Salgado's skills and dedication to ensuring everything runs smoothly are truly impressive. Any issues are addressed promptly, and the maintenance team is fantastic. From the initial tour to moving in, he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful home and a professional, attentive property management team."
"I'm startled to see some of these bad reviews. I can only share my personal experience which has been nothing short of amazing. I've been dealing with George primarily and have no issues at all. When I moved in, I put a maintenance ticket in and it was quickly repaired in LESS than a day.
Now i moved here BECAUSE of the train and how beautiful it looks from the pool crossing the bayou. The horns don't blare behind the complex (there is a noise restriction and they can only use the horn about 3/4 mile up the track). So yes, you will hear the horn but they sound distant. The background noise of the train passing is soothing to me - so to each their own.
Because there is no trash chutes, management is working diligently to try to get trash pick up every day instead of 5 days to accommodate. The amenities are spectacular and I like that the complex is more adult friendly (beer in the fridges, etc.).
I am SO glad that I leased here. It is worth every penny of my hard earned money!!!"
"Recently toured here and I’ll be honest, I was hesitant because of the reviews — but wow. Blown away! The amenities are top notch, and they have the cutest dog spa. The entire office staff was so welcoming, which was refreshing. Rebecca gave me a tour around the property and she was such a vibe. I am super picky and she really made me feel like she cared about finding the perfect apartment. If you plan to stop by — make sure you ask for her!

"Despite what I’ve seen in the reviews, management has always been very helpful when I call. I typically end up on the phone with George & he’s always prompt & courteous. I ended up on the phone with Rebecca last week when I had a question & she was very helpful as well. With the sample size of interactions I’ve had with them to this point, I can confidently say that the management team is helpful & courteous consistently."
