"The apartments are outdated and not maintained. There were multiple applicances that needed to be replaced within a year, and pests were a huge issue. At move in, the unit had not been cleaned, and all light switches and plugs were stained from a smoker. The attached photos are the move in conditions. Staff was unpleasant to work with and maintenance rarely fixed the issues on the first request (3-4 requests were needed to fix the issues typically)."
"I recently moved into this complex and so far I give it 3 stars. The outside looks nice, gym is real nice, the upkeep is alrite and the dumpster area is clean, but my unit has roaches. There mainly in the kitchen. One could think that’s these apartments look great on the outside but on the inside it’s not so great. From the first day I moved in there were dead roaches throughout the kitchen; on the floor, cabinets, counter, and sink. Me personally, I’ve been on this earth for a longtime and has never moved somewhere with dead roaches found on my move in day, which means the apartment wasn’t cleaned before I moved in, only the carpet. Having roaches is not a fun situation especially if you’ve never had them. Things I found wrong in my unit within first 2 days of inspection:
1. Several dead roaches, mainly in kitchen
2. Bottom cabinet next to stove is off the hinge
3. Bathroom counter has white circle stains
4. Drawers in bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned out
5. Cabinets were not cleaned out
6. Roach egg was on counter and floor
7. Stove is uneven at bottom and lifts up n down and when you touch it
8. Tub was not clean
9. Inside of Toilet was not clean
Things I discovered:
