Especially because I wanted a specific type of apartment in a specific location. Their professionalism granted me the security to go ahead and stay here."

Had a leak, put a maintenance ticket in. Not even an hour I think passed by, Mr. Derek was here for it. Super prompt, enthusiastic about making it happen. He was very detailed and thorough about the game plan! A great experience."

"Terrible company, terrible management, terrible maintenance, terrible customer relations! I lived in this place for over 3 years and have had constant problems with literally everything! From the very start we had air conditioning issues, from the very start. Our electric bills were over $300 a month due to the air conditioner running 24/7 non stop. I had to barricade the windows and sliding glass doors with blankets and furniture to prevent heat from coming through the best I could. The apartment would get so hot that we were given 2 separate window air conditioning units to use in conjunction with the main air conditioner just to keep it below 80 degrees inside. This is why my bill was over $300 a month. We were told repeatedly that the ac was working fine. I included pictures of the unit freezing itself from outside into the building. I also included pictures of the block of ice that was inside the air conditioner surrounded by rust. We had to live with this for almost 4 years. It’s disgusting and I’m so happy to be out of there finally. The management company is horrible and no shocker the office management at the apartments are horrible and will lie to your face just to get you to leave their office. The manager here did that to my husband who is a disabled veteran. My husband decided the air conditioner had to be fixed and would go to the office every day to get them to fix it. It was decided that their best option was to let us out of our lease early. After we left the complex they send us a bill for early termination of our lease. I just find it hard to believe people can do business in this manner and think it’s okay. It’s not okay! We have been in touch with the local news and veterans affairs office, the management company is about to get what they deserve! We can’t be the only victims of this business and we will get justice for everyone they have hurt with their lies and double dealing.
Update: The Reston did finally remove the early termination fees. However they added a bunch of charges for repairs so we wouldn’t get our deposit back. Funny thing is the first final bill didn’t have those repair charges on it. Only on the second final bill, the one with no early termination fees were those repair charges added in."
"I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment with Samantha, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Samantha was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire process enjoyable. She took the time to walk me through the various apartment options, highlighting their features and answering all my questions.
The apartments themselves were impressive—well-maintained, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the attention to detail in the design and the thoughtful layout of the spaces.
Overall, I highly recommend taking a tour if you're in the market for a new place. Thanks to Samantha for her exceptional guidance!"
"this is by far the worst apartments you can live at. ALEXANDRIA is so rude and unprofessional! theynever fix anything , the plumbing is the worst .. water has been leaking in a residents apartment for so long to the point where mold is growing in her closet and after putting in a work order they declined it and still have yet to fix the issue. The resident later then comes home to her apartment full of water due to the top floor having a water leak and was never informed by none of the maintenance or front office employees! After asking to be released from her lease early because of the unhealthy living conditions she has been put in due to poor management and maintenance skills , they charged her an early termination fee , which should not have been charged. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!"
"I have lived here for a couple years now. I like that this property is peaceful, quiet, with nice little pool & gym & the neighbors are polite & friendly. It’s close to my parents but only 15mins from the Woodlands where I work & close to Lonestar college as well. Recently the property got an addition to its maintenance team, his name is Derek. He is very intelligent, respectful, professional & what this property needed. I had quite a few things I needed to get fixed that are normal over extended time, a kitchen drawer that needed to be screwed in better, drains that needed a touch up (better than draino) and help moving my appliances so I could clean underneath since I’ve lived here a good amount of time now. A clean home really is a happy home & it made me feel at peace to be able to fix what needed it with Derek’s help of course. Prospectively this property is older so it’s important to know how to navigate that variable as well. But I am content and plan to stay in my cozy little nest I’ve built here."
"My daughter and I have recently had the pleasure to tour the apartment complex with the most AMAZING tour guide in the business...aka SAMANTHA. Her knowledge of the grounds and the application process made our experience stress free. We were full of questions and curious of the hows and whys and she was beyond helpful and patient with us making our experience delightful! THANK YOU SAMANTHA for being SO PLEASANT!!!"
