"I have lived at the Reserve at Autumn Creek for almost a year now and it has been a great experience. It feels like a true home. I love the spacious floor plan and the peaceful environment. Having a garage attached to your own apartment is great! We never have to look for parking which makes things very convenient. My apartment is located over my garage so we never have to worry about disturbing the residents under us. The landscaping is beautiful and is always kept up. The office staff is very friendly, positive and understanding with any issues or concerns. They are also great at sending emails to keep us updated and informed on different things happening. The area in which the apartments are located is great. Everything you need is within 10 minutes of your home. I can honestly say I recommend the living experience."
"Terrible experience, delivering a package. I go through the gate. Security follows me then redirects me to the front. Telling this lady very loudly. Yes, I had to chase them down and tell them to come to the front. The security an lady was talking. It made me question them if I was breaking some type of law to deliver a package. The lady happened to be the apartment manager said they are not able to get packages delivered to their door to go see her assistant. The assistant said they are not able to take deliveries or packages that they can put it in a box for the customer . So I had to take a picture a send to the customer a tell them it’s in a box. . I just feel like it was unprofessional for the security to yell yeah I had to chase them down. If I was a manager an wanted to question something I would apologize to the people delivering tell them the correct way to make the delivery an then speak to my security personnel In private.
Very unprofessional. I see she likes the DRAMA !"
"I contacted the complex in late June this year and needed to move quickly. Charissa and I communicated via email while I was working most the time. She was able to send me all the necessary docs etc to expedite the process. I knew the units from being a tenant when the complex first opened, therefor I knew what I needed and wanted. She had a unit available that was exactly what I was looking for and...available on my birthday July 10th. Great gift! Anyhow, all my experiences with her have been great since...any issues have been resolved very quickly and completely. I'm happy to have a complex manager that cares about her tenants the way she does and has customer service as her highest priority. Glad I made the choice to move here!"
"I've lived here for a little over a year and it's been a great apartment. I looked at many places before moving in and a few places had rude leasing agents. When I walked into the leasing office here, I was quickly greeted by Charissa. I was looking for a new place due to a divorce and she was so kind, helpful, and made sure that I was able to move in when needed. I've had great neighbors and all issues have been quickly resolved. Looking forward to staying here until I find a house at some point."
"By far the best place that my husband and I have ever lived. The staff is excellent. They are professional and they do not send out useless emails or hound their residents. The homes are beautiful and kept in great condition. If you are looking for a wonderful safe place to live, move in here!! You will not be sorry!! Kudos to the Reserve at Autumn Creek"
