"The new manager Jocelyn is amazing. I’m glad they brought someone else in that is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was awesome and answered all my questions. She made my experience at these apartments great. I would definitely refer people to go see her."
"Where do I start? Maintenance is non-existent, management is a joke, they won't even open the office for tenants. They keep the office locked with the blinds drawn on most days, even on the first of the month when people are trying to pay their rent, they wont answer the door. This never happened with the previous manager, dont know what happened with her. They tow people's cars, dont even care if its your only transportation to work. Security is worthless, crackheads and homeless in and out all day and night, apartment break ins, car break ins, sketchy individuals wearing hoodies and gloves in 90 degree weather, gunshots, fights. I'm so happy to leave this nightmare"

"They have mice and roaches. A/C do'nt works sometimes. You will never know who own the apt, so they keeps your deposit when you move out. That way you have no one to report to about you deposit not been return. They have cameras that tenants can't t see when someone mess your vehicle"
