"Quiet community, attentive leasing staff and well-kept grounds/maintenance. There’s open parking and a nice pool area. I don’t have many complaints other than pet owners not picking up behind their dogs (you run into that everywhere unfortunately). My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in in March of 2023 and I haven’t had any major pest issues (one request which was taken care of). I recommend The Place at Green Trails for the location, community and value."

The staff are amazing !!!!!!! Connie, Abel and Tatiana are THE nicest people !!!!! They take such good care of my mom !!!! My mom has been here for about 2 1/2 years. She is older and this place is quiet and very safe.

"Been staying here over year peaceful very quiet apartments maintenance guys are amazing pool always clean an open two amazing people in the office Tatiana an Abel anything you need you can walk in an talk then an they give there best on fixing your problem.. if you looking for peace an quiet good reasonable apartments come on down to greentrails they gone get you right! Pet friendly!"

"The Greentrails staff is amazing, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our needs are taken care of and always working hard to keep the complex looking neat and clean. We love the location and the convenience it gives us for our day-to-day living. It's pet and neighbor-friendly, and we have enjoyed the comfort and peace of living here. Connie and the staff always look for ways to bring the residents closer by hosting little parties for us during holidays such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other celebrated occasions. We appreciate their kindness and efforts and are thankful to have them here. We hope for many more years to come!"
