"I booked my tour on the website. I received numerous text messages about my tour time and date. I received 2 emails about it also. When I arrived the woman in the office told me the apartment complex stops doing tours at 3. I became a little defensive because of all the notifications I received. The woman said AI books them and the information is incorrect. Thankfully she still gave me a tour. We then talked about apartment prices and availability. Unfortunately because she was in a rush to close at 4 pm, I did not get a full tour. I only saw a model apartment and that was it.
Houston is known for the worst business practices!
Furthermore, they try to manipulate you into signing a lease when you have not even gone in person to see the apartment! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES! No wonder why this place has bad reviews!"
"Horrible management. Piss poor pest control. Tow hungry apt. complex. Maintenance is good and quick. Miss Jasmine Solis was and the other gentlemen that was there when i first moved in were about the only good thing about the complex, but they are no longer there. Would not reccomend this place to anyone."
"Our experience with Parker at Ellington was disappointing from start to finish. It took over a week for them to process our application, and their website was full of issues, forcing us to go in person to fill out a physical application. When I followed up a week later, the apartment manager, Tameka, was unprofessional and rude. She even accused me of having an attitude when my husband called to follow up instead. This behavior from management was a huge red flag for us, and we decided to cancel our application. If this is how they treat potential residents, I can’t imagine how current residents are treated. Avoid this place!"
"So far so good. Maintenance was fast and attentive with my work order request. Had an issue with carpet when I first moved in and they had it replaced within 3 days. Very Satisfied."
"Honestly the place is avarage nothing fancy but they take care of the property, is clean the dumpsters are always clear there aren’t any excess trash around them like other places, they also respond fast to work orders there are some apartments renovated and have new appliances they do look great.
I have peacefully spend a year here an I love the quietness of the place I can sleep peacefully I never had any issues."
