"this place was my first solo apartment, I have been living here for about a year and a half, coming in I initially I had a few minor things that needed attention but nothing that was major was left unattended to. maintenance is so very efficient and reliable. The mowing guys are here quite frequently. I dont see much of pest control, but I’ve never had any major issues with insects since I’ve been here. I have learned so much about apartment living, noted after my first year there was a raise in rent but after working with Brenda she was able to reduce the amount of the raise which was great! It’s very quiet and the buildings and upkeep are pretty well handled. I will say i have seen some furry creatures at night because of trash bags being outside our doors and the dumpster area being free rein but it is something i see as inevitable, esp in apartments. Overall it is a generally nice,quiet, safe, and aesthetically pleasing place to live."
"I've only lived here for 5 months, but so far I love it! They keep the grounds very clean and well manicured, and the office staff is always friendly and happy to help you. Veronica was so awesome to work with! She helped me through the process of finding the right unit and working with my timeline to move in. She even called me and let me know when they started a promotion that was very beneficial to me!
In addition to the regular amenities, on many occasions they offer extra perks to the residents. From giving out the protective glasses to watch the eclipse, to providing a free gift wrapping station at Christmas time! Another thing I like about living here is how responsive the maintenance dept is. If something needs repaired, you don't have to wait forever or ask several times before it gets fixed. John stays on top of everything and is usually on it pretty quick! So far I have no complaints and I'm looking forward to using the pool and some other amenities this summer!"
"Love these apartments. Just renewed! (These were the first apartments I've ever renewed my lease at.) Always good things to say, and always recommend!! Brenda & Veronica always take care of anything that I bring them, always so sweet. Maintenance always comes on time. The apartments are very fun too. Always get involved with the complex by doing fun things during holidays! love love love!!"
"I've been a resident here for a little over a year and I love it. The apartments have everything you need to live comfortably and I've never had an issue. My time here has been peaceful. Maintenance is always available to help with any requests and the office is always a call away if you need immediate help. Brenda has been a wonderful manager and I can tell she cares about the community here."
"I've been living here for about 6 months now, and it is my first apartment alone. I can definitely vouch and say that the apartment complex is amazing and answers questions/maintenance calls immediately! Brenda has been such a wonderful person to me and my daughter since moving in! The office greets you with open arms and it is truly amazing how they know everyone who lives here. Maintenance is amazing, he has helped me when I spot him outside even without a work order! The office even has the cutest stuff for your little ones as well, they are so involved with the community and the complex. Veronica always answers my phone calls whenever theres a problem, they are quick to respond! The apartment itself is so beautiful for you and your family, but management is also a huge part of apartment living which is what makes living here so comfortable."
