"The Orchard at Garden Oaks is a 55+ senior retirement community located within the Garden Oaks/Oak Forest neighborhoods, and in close proximity to the Heights neighborhood. We have a resort-style pool surrounded by lush landscaping and trees. Huge oaks cover the grounds. We have a large fenced dog park where people gather to visit and watch our pets play with each other. Our walking track encircles a lovely gazebo structure and there are gas barbecue grills for tenants’ use around the property. We are fortunate to have a great management company, along with a fabulous on-site manager, Viviana, who put their tenants first. I have lived here since 2014 and continue to truly enjoy it."
"This complex has been nothing but Good to me. I move here abt 8 months ago. The manager welcomed me with opened arms. This little community here is so friendly and very helpful!!! Always willing to help, no matter what. We always have something to do each and every day. I feel safe here. I just love the pool. They have so much going on here that sometimes you forget, but nevertheless I Love it!!! I have no complaints.❤️?❤️?"
"I lived here for over 12 years, starting when it first opened. I only left because I was moving out of Houston. It's been a great place to live, especially since the most recent manager, Viviana Arriaga, arrived. She has revitalized the community with planned on-site activities, get-togethers, shopping and lunch trips. You don't have to be alone if you don't want to be. But most importantly, you can tell she truly likes and cares about the residents, which is something you don't find very often. I recommend checking out The Orchard if you're looking for a nice place to live for yourself or a loved one."
"A very nice and clean community for seniors. Viviana, its manager, is very kind, informative and helpful with the application process. The impression we had is that they know each other and care for the tenants. They seem to try their best to maintain this complex in the best way possible."
"I have lived here for eight years and have really enjoyed it. The apartments are nice and up to date. The manager is caring and they respond to my needs. We have a lot of programs for seniors, everybody is friendly. Very safe here and close to my doctors."
