"My name is Natalia I try to apply since October and pay my deposit and application on the date that it was said since my contract was going expire on my complex I did all the process and since I get pay on cash and my husband lost his id they where doing difficult for us… the manager and well the guy who was “try “to us help didn’t help for. Nothing is been almost 3-4 months since I haven’t receive my refund . No calls from them no emails or nothing if I can rate a big fat zero on the management I will do it with no thinking."
"So sad to write this review because in the day time and per touring the place it looks pretty decent however …… the place is INFESTED with pests! Raccoons, opossums and rats roam at night . Wasp nests all over . To top it all off the place is infected with HUGE ASS ROACHES. Just INFESTED INFESTED INFESTED. Management is nice and will persuade you to move in but don’t be fooled . It’s a horror show . You pay a small fee monthly for pest control but I guess it’s on a “ as needed “ basis . They don’t just routinely sweep the grounds so it’s outta control as they’re traveling through pipes and are in the walls thus eventually entering your home. Pay a little more and go somewhere else"
"Everything about this place is nasty and hood to the max. We moved in and there were already fleas in the carpet, the walls are cracked and slanted because the entire foundation is off. Currently I have to football tackle my own front door open just to get out because they can't be bothered to fix anything. Every morning and night you can hear the raccoons as they have sex in the walls and chew at the wirings as the lights start to flicker. Then they have the audacity to want to charge you extra for trash, pest control, and using the carports which would actually damage your car being under them.
Then to top it all off if you ever complain about it in the office they get an attitude with you and then have their staff steal your mail and act like they don't know anything about it. My tax refund was stolen and signed for by a previous office person stealing my identity and then they want to act innocent. We literally had it on video at the Ace Cash Express nearby! This place needs to be condemned.
*UPDATE*
They have not gotten better in the slightest at the time of my moveout. They are now attempting to institute HOA style fees for things like patio furniture and other items and are now attempting to charge a 'valet trash service'. The people who pick up the trash toss everything from upper floors down because they are lazy and scatter it everywhere to have the lawn maintenance then scatter it further into your patios/porches with their blowers. The roaches are rampant and fleas actually live outside many of the patio areas and will jump on you as you walk through. Despite telling them about issues with the toilets/sewage, they just come by and do a temp fix until it breaks a week later again. Tickets for maintenance are closed without actually being resolved because they dont want to deal with it anymore. The upstairs apartment leaked into my living room and 6 months later they still have not replaced the moldy ceiling area, just sprayed it. DO NOT MOVE HERE, EVERYONE IS LEAVING ASAP."
"I'm not sure where these recent good reviews are coming from considering the things that were listed before hold true in my current apartment.
Raccoons, gnats, gun shootings, roach infestation, fleas living beneath the floors.
Today we received a notification from management telling us to not feed the feral cats and treating them like vermin even though they've been the only positive thing about living in this dump.
The very last time I tried to place a complaint with management I was told, and I quote: "Confused people get angry." As an attempt to dismiss the fact maintenance was trying to sign a form to come into my home without prior context.
Then there was another instance where they blew up BOTH of my toilets, spewing sewage all over my floors and refusing to send in any cleaning crew. Any tickets that they did not want to do were closed.
There was also an instance where maintenance entered our home without our previous consent to do bathroom work and have yet to clean that up, either.
And to management who wants to respond to the Google review with your generic response about people all living differently in your apartments: You're probably upset because you're confused. Don't bother responding."

THESE APARTMENTS ARE HELL FROM THE RACOONS TO THE FLEAS, GNATS Etc ‼️OUR AC HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR THE LAST MONTH MY COUSIN IS PREGNANT ‼️ AND ALL THEY DO IS COME CHECK AND TRY TO TELL US THIS IS WHATS WRONG BUT THE JOB STILL ISNT DONE WE HAVE 9 FANS PLUGGED IN THATS A FIRE HAZARD ‼️ SO WE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER TO SEE LIKE WHATS GOING ON ITS HOT IN THE APARTMENT ‼️ AND ALL SHE SAID WAS "YEAH MY AC BROKE AT MY HOUSE YESTERDAY" ?? AND ALL I COULD THINK WHAT IN TF THAT HAS TO DO WITH US AND OUR AC I BET YOURS IS FIXED THO ‼️
