"I moved into 6pines in August 2024; things didn’t start off so great. However… since there have been adjustments with the staff, there’s been a significant turnaround.
The positive changes I’ve seen recently have been incredible. Since Marissa Garcia took on her role as leasing manager, the community has begun transforming for the better. I also want to call out the professionalism and kind nature of the other staff members like; Nicole & Mia
I’ve dealt alot with Marissa/Nicole/Mia and they go above and beyond to ensure residents feel heard and valued. Their ability to communicate effectively and follow through with what they say sets them apart from others in similar roles.
Professionalism, positivity, and proactive problem-solving make a huge difference… and they have all been a breath of fresh air. Marissa and her team treat every resident with respect and care, and it’s rare to find someone in this industry who genuinely prioritizes the well-being of the people living here.
I highly recommend The Millennium Apartments, and a large part of that is because of Marissa and the fantastic team she leads. Thank you for all that you do!"
"BLACK MOLD!!! Do not live here, multiple cases of black mold. I have a newborn and we can’t even live in these conditions. Not to mention the living at this property is awful. No gate code if you have Amazon deliveries or food being delivered, no parking (you will get towed even if you’re a resident), there’s animal feces in the hallways, the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were broken when we moved in and the mirrors in the bathroom are completely ruined. Trash violations almost daily (which are $50 each). We have been complaining for months about the smell of the apartment and they just clean out the filters instead of actually addressing the issue. After countless asthma attacks we finally got an inspector to come, and it became positive with serious black mold. They still told us "we can fix it" and they sent maintenance men to come in and all they did was paint over the mold and it GREW BACK two days later! This went on for 4 months and they came 7 different times to "try to fix it" and we finally just broke our lease which we had to pay for and it wasn't cheap! This place is outrageous when it comes to actual living conditions. Also they make you pay an amenity fee of $150 just for the pool and gym which is tiny and not even up to date. Sad to know these apartments are this bad given how much you pay in rent."
"The apartment Leasing staff was not in the building at all. I was trying to DoorDash to a customer. They were across the street and when I went to get help. She gave me the wrong information which took even longer and when I went back. She decided and shook her head no she said she was not going to help me with find my Dasher's apt to deliver his food. She (Hispanic/leaf tattoo on the back of right arm) is very rude. How dare you?"
"I've been leasing here at The Millennium Six Pines since August/2021. From the moment I signed with leasing agent Nicole it's been a wonderful experience. The entire leasing staff here are truly are warm, considerate, kind and genuine people.
Courtney, is very helpful and understanding. She's out-going and I have enjoyed many talks with not only her, but most of the leasing staff. The community functions are always a nice way to meet neighbors you only see in passing.
The maintenance staff are fast and do a thorough job. They follow-up immediately and will come right away during emergencies. I cannot say enough about the entire complex. Clean grounds, quiet breezeways and valley trash pickup are super convenient and time saving. I would highly recommend and continue to rent here if we were not relocating out of the city.
