"Been living here for a 7 months now. Love it the very lovely to go on walks with my family. Always quite even on weekends. On weekends it tends to be more loud due to city center being a hot spot for bars and upscale restaurants and other amenities. But you can’t beat the view and lovely apartment management is also very fast and maintenance is very quick sometimes I forget I put in a request and boom it’s already done when I get home! Love this place. Def resigning my lease ❤️"
"My appointment was canceled with in a very short notice. Since I was already in the area for lunch, I went to the office to ask why my appointment was canceled, and I was told I never had an appointment. I assumed I was at the wrong location until I compared the number that called to cancel the appointment to the office number and confirmed they were the same. Staff still refused to acknowledge my appointment although I had a confirmation text."
"I have lived at the Lofts/Domain since 2018. City. It truly is a beautiful place to live. The management has been there for me through everything from the pandemic to the ice freeze and many more. It’s always very quiet. The grounds are always clean. Maintenance is really fast and nice. The grounds in and outward are always updated. Including the new vehicle gate that was established a few years back. From the great Deals you get from shopping and restaurants. To the home cleaning discount with spruce the new living style application. New smart door thermostat controlled from your phone. The luxury pool, cardio room, business room, clubhouse, gardening, business sound isolation pods. Don’t forget the wall climb as well. I love this place!"
"Apartment is good but if you have car you can forget about having your assigned spot that you pay for in your lease available. The office does absolutely NOTHING about it. They are very passive and oh well we will look into it. Happens over and over and over by the same person to me and they know nothing will happen to them. Apt does NOT tow and you have to fend for yourself. I even put a sign up saying the spot is reserved and ppl just ignore it. Crazy and office will NOT manage it."
