"Great location! Great community. I lived at Ascent at City Center for just over two years and would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in a clean, safe and quiet residential neighborhood with quick access to restaurants and shops! It is a 5 minute drive to Memorial mall and a quick 5 minute walk from the City Center but also removed enough to where you don’t experience the noise from all the action from City Center. I can’t speak highly enough of Amanda and Michelle who were always responsive to any questions or comments from the residents. The maintenance team spearheaded by Jonathan was also very active in responding to maintenance requests as needed. Gym equipment was always kept in great condition and the community pool was always kept clean. A luxury apartment that truly felt like luxury. 4.8 stars but only because the dog park elevators seemed to be down once every 4/5weeks towards the last 3 months of my stay there. This wasn’t really a big issue for me though because there were multiple other ingress/egress locations that I barely even noticed."
"The team at Management office is Amazing.
Amanda & Michelle, they are like a family to me. I do not have a word to gratitude to the two ladies."
"What an amazing building and manager. My family and I came by to see what this place had to offer. And we were amazed by the interaction between the manager and tenants. Also on the amenities of the units. There was not an apartment available for the size we needed at this time but that did not stop this amazing team to show us the building and everything that was offered to residence. I can see why people hesitate from leaving this building. Hopefully something will be available at the time my family and I decide to start moving. But if not 10 stars for this place and it’s management team and Maintenance."
"HIGHLY RECOMMEND- I lived at Ascent for 2 years and I loved it. Location is great. Apartment is so clean and smells really good. Very quiet apartment. The pool area is so beautiful. More importantly leasing office team, Michelle and Amanda and also maintenance team are wonderful. Everybody is so friendly and supportive there. Every time I needed a maintenance, they took care of it immediately. I just left the building to be closer to work. I already missed it there.
I want to sincerely thank everyone there."
"Michelle is very nice, always welcoming, helpful and professional. The Apartment complex is the best in the area. Small, convenient, safe and clean. Good neighborhood"
"Loved living here and sad I had to leave! The leasing and maintenance team are so friendly and just the best. Super quiet tucked in the less busy side of city centre but still walkable to all the shopping and gym."
