"Since Asset Living has taken over our lovely complex it is no longer a comfortable, beautiful, safe or even healthy environment. I had to demand for them to empty the HUGE replacement trash container on the property. It took over 4 months for them to repair our on-site compactor and we were told due to "little to no available funds" this temporary container would only be picked up once per month which it left it overflowing within 1 week. Also due to "no money" this awful management company refused to fix our gorgeous pool near the end of summer, instead they allowed mold and already to grow."
"I have lived at The Laurel for 4 years and I am so happy with the new management we have! Catalina and Bianca are both very professional and personable. They have brought many positive changes since their arrival in November. The activities calendar is now outstanding and their doors are always open to residents.
I am proud to call The Laurel my home!!"

"My how time pass. We are coming upon our two year celebration living at The Laurels. It was a process to find our "feel like" home after selling our own home. Driving up was such a pleasant site and once we entered the building we felt welcome. We were greeted immediately by the front office Manager. The Management team then and the Management team now How may I help you attitude Tia...Velma" and the crew are Awesome, thank you guys for always addressing any and all issues that have arisen. Anytime we need something taken care of in our apartment it's addressed the same day. If we have any concerns about our community (or just want to give a well done word) Tia the manager has that listening ear and or ready for a resolution, we are very pleased. A very hard working group of ladies. Velma always without hesitation...ready and willing... plus the crew thank you guys. My husband and I want to give you guys your props (Respect). Our Life at The Laurels...sweet..."
