"Lived here for 2 years and haven’t seen them pressure wash the breezeways once. Every single breezeway is disgusting.
All other apartments I’ve lived in pressure washed at least every 6 months or even sooner for the truly luxury apartments.
New management will lie about discounts to get you in. All the sudden there’s some excuse to why it’s gone and can’t be applied anymore. Happened to me twice now with applying for a lease renewal."
"First off Google needs a zero star offer. Even after a new owner took over still having the same issues. We are constantly charged for “emmitties” that we don’t have? God forbid something breaks or needs to be looked at via work order. It will be bandaged or not ever looked at for weeks. The rent changes constantly and the electricity company we have to use is absolutely outrageous with there pricing. Don’t just walk away from this place run. And don’t come back !"
"If I could do zero stars I would.
Let me start with the office staff because that seems to be the biggest problem here. They are rude, not helpful, very unresponsive. There were roaches when we first moved in. The paint job inside our apartment looks like a kindergarten class did it. There’s a hole in the brick in the side of the building that I’m sure is getting moisture inside the walls and likely causing mold. I have told them about this matter and they have done nothing. I’ve complained of abandoned cars being left in valuable parking spots and still they do nothing. The pool is always under repair. They claim to be a smoke free complex yet I have ashes on my patio furniture from the many adults that live above me. I don’t know what else to do. We can’t wait to leave this place. Worst experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment complex. Do not move here. Save yourself the money from the over charge in rent. Save yourself the headache of having to deal with the people that “run” it.
I have a baby living in this God forsaken apartment. I fear for his safety. Who knows what’s in these walls or what kind of people are living around here that shouldn’t be. Pretty certain the people near me that moved recently were dealing drugs. They had crazy dogs that bite. I just think if these people care that little about what goes on here then the state of these apartments has got to be so bad. We are so out of here when the lease is up and I will continue telling people about what a horrible place this is. I will update my review should I see any changes but so far it’s hell on earth."
"My husband an myself have lived here for five years, we are totally happy with the management Alexis is the most concerned about this complex she goes above and beyond to help people. If there is a problem she makes sure it is promptly attended to. We were very disappointed when she left the first time and pleasantly surprised when she chose to return. There have been many management and maintenance changes over the years but I feel the team we have now is the best by far, they definitely care about their residents."
"I honestly have not had a very bad experience here as others have, but the issues I’ve had with this complex are the same as most. The leasing ladies do not care about problems you’re having unless you bother them relentlessly about them. It could be something minor or something big, they do not care. I’ve sent emails months ago that were never responded to or probably not even opened. There’s issues I expressed I had MONTHS ago when I first moved in that never got addressed even though they say “Yes! We’ll put in a maintenance request.” I have honestly just given up talking to the leasing ladies about anything. I’ve had issues with the trash pickup, where they have not picked up my trash for over two weeks. Yes there is a bug problem. I’ve had no issues with roaches, but there is a BIG gnat problem. Not just in my building but I’ve heard from others it’s a problem in their buildings as well. All in all, the apartments are a good price for the space you’re getting. There is a lot of extra fees they don’t tell you about till later down the line that does make your rent go up at least $200. The customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever received considering we’re talking about where I (and many others) are having to pay to live & breathe everyday."
"I’ve lived here back in 2008 until 2009 only stayed for a year, but it wasn’t a bad apartment, I actually enjoyed living there. I did enjoy the pool area a lot especially at night right before they close it up.the only problem I had was with my neighbor who lived below me, I would go out to my balcony at night to talk to my girlfriend on the phone and the guy would come outside to his balcony and yell to me could I please be quiet I’m being to loud on numerous occasions, of course clearly I wasn’t talking loud at all. But I heard a lot has changed about it since 08 it was fun while it lasted though. I’m much more happy where I’m at now. Now that I’m now 33 and I was 17 at the time living here, I’m much more older now & I prefer living in a house than an apartment. I’m now living in a 4 bedroom 3 bath home, have my own privacy & a huge backyard with a 8 foot fence around it. I love it!"
"After a fire in the building across from us... They want to charge us an ozone fee for burnt food smell... This is after we lived in the apartment for 2 years. They hadn't ever shampooed the carpet. Smells get into the paint from an entire building catching fire. The apartment manager can't tell you what cause the fire in their property. The insurance they have you pay is for their building not your property. Make sure you have rental insurance for yourself. Also they charge fees for services they aren't supplying."
