"20 month resident. Roof leaks, roach infestation, peeling paint, ratty carpets, collapsing floor, and now moldy ceilings. I'm thinking the attic must be full of mold if its coming through the ceiling drywall. Its been raining in my apartment for almost 2 years. Overall, its a budget property with major issues. Don't bring furniture you like here, the roaches will love it as well. The nice office building doesn't not represent the condition of rest of the property.
Follow up requested by The Landing Apartment Management:
Terrible. I've lived in nicer tents with 20 other Army dudes. Don't move here. The roaches refuse to help with paying the rent, even though they outnumber me a million to one. I haven't cooked a meal since March. The roaches are very aggressive and helped themselves to my lunch, while I was making it. It took 22 months to patch the roof so it no longer rains inside when it rains outside. The living room floor has dropped close to an inch and is getting worse. I'm trying to get out of here, but the housing market is bad. I'll be living in my Corolla before signing another lease here. Thanks to the Management Team for spamming these requests for reviews at me. I was going to ignore it, but you keep sending them."
"I have been here going on 5 years now and honestly love this complex. For the most part it is a calm and quiet place. The office ladies are always so helpful and I never have to wait long for a maintenance request to be fixed. Would HIGHLY recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live."
"This would be me and my fiancés first place together with our son and we truly enjoy it. All the rooms especially the bedroom come with a lot of space for three people. The scenery around the apartment is well kept up with and the area itself is really peaceful I feel comfortable walking my son and I always see a officer patrolling the area as well. The staff was nice when we spoke on the phone/in person, Serene made sure to fill us in on everything and was well spoken any issues or questions that did come along she was always really kind and resourceful."
"So far so good 1 1/2 months in! Place is nice, green, and really well kept. maintenance has always been fast and responsive a couple of times we needed it here. Office ladies are very kind and available, if you’re looking to move here in this price range this place is definitely the go to. We’ve seen a roach here and there but pest control is available once a week and it’s not been that bad honestly the whole area with humidity and the kind of weather would be really hard to have absolute zero insects."

Management to the roaches that sleep next to you. Get ready to wipe insects off your lips as you try to get some shut eye. As well, was given my total amount due for the lease a few months back, paid it, now they can only “apologize” for more charges?? Included some pics of the mold in bathroom, has been complained and not attended too. Anyways, this is unit 1004, will be ready end of May :)
(P.S.) My family owns a pest control business, had him stop coming after the 6th try due to wasting chemicals. (Videos are in the pantry)
