"This apartment community was so nice when Mr. Morgan Rivera and Kay were operating the office.
If you had a noise complaint it was taken care of immediately.
If you had maintenance issues it was addressed.
I moved out due to the lack of empathy from the office and staff when it came to loud music being played at all hours of the night. Drugs being sold on premises and it smell through the hallway. I complained several times through the app but no one would reply for weeks. And calling or emailing was a complete joke. I found out they had my emails going to spam.
When I did talk to the office to address my concerns they said they can’t do anything about the pot smoking because they have to physically see the accused with it.
And as far as the noise they only told me that that wasn’t their fault because the building was old. I have had quiet neighbors who were respectful and had no problems. But they are letting ghetto move in and it’s really ruining the property. I had to move for safety concerns as I felt I was not being heard and didn’t feel safe living there. They act like they’re on your side but they aren’t.
The office is always closed on the weekends so if you needed to speak to them in person GOOD LUCK
One morning during the week I wanted to talk to the manager but the office was closed and it was 10 minutes after opening hours!!
Bottom line I’m happy I don’t live there anymore and hope that they clean it up"
"3/08/24: I just want to add that it has been almost a year since I moved here and I am still happy and satisfied with my apartment, the community, staff, I haven't been disappointed and I still stand on my previous review. Easy decision upon my renewal, one more year at this great community.
First review 2023: I am a new resident and I am so happy I decided to move here. The Inverness team, from the manager, leasing consultant, to the maintenance team have provided an outstanding welcome, they are responsive, kind and friendly, without jeopardizing their professionalism. The care on the community and the residents is shown, they listen to your questions, concerns, especially as a new resident with a lot going on my mind, lack of sleep, forgetting or missing things, etc. they have ease my move in, so my mind can focus on the rest of the stressful list that comes with moving to a new place, new area, new school, etc. To sum up all I can say is Thank you!"
"This apartment community is quick to take future tenants' deposits and does not like to refund them. Communication is a joke. The leasing office nor the investor Group, Morgan does not return calls or emails. I was assured my deposit would be refunded in 30 days, it has been two months. Alicia the manager is never in the office so I am told. Or it may that Iami does not forward my messages. This is disappointing!!!! BBB complaint being filed."
