"Absolutely Disastrous Living Experience
I've been living in a unit here for 11 months and it's been a nightmare. The apartment is infested with roaches and maggots, making it completely uninhabitable. I’ve reached out to management multiple times, but they've been unresponsive and unhelpful. I've had to spend a significant amount of money on temporary housing due to their negligence. This is unacceptable and I strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. I have many videos and photos that I have emailed and sent over and still have no response."
"From the first time I set my eyes on this property, I loved it. I have lived here about 8 years, and the feeling hasn't changed. Easy access to almost everywhere. The current management ably led by Blanca is awesome. Overall, I my experience here have been incredible."
"Landlord mistakenly overcharged me by incorrectly labeling my payment as late. No worries,I paid anyway to be in compliance. Next, I spoke with Blanca Bonilla regarding the mistake, and she started discussing reimbursement. Now they've replaced Blanca, and the new manager refuses to acknowledge it, although the numbers and dates all match up to what I've told them. Now that I've attempted to get my money back, they have been harassing me via emails. Peyton, the new landlord, is not knowledgeable of state law, is extremely untrustworthy, and incapable of working with others. The lies, the harassment, and the defamation of character are overwhelming. Hopefully, we can correct things before lawyers get involved."
"I am giving one star because this place is at the bottom of the morals list. Blanca is ok but asset Living is the worst property management. So we were supposed to move into our new downstairs apartment in March, but there was a roach infestation. This left us displaced for TWO months while trying to get rid of them. This was a nightmare to say the least. Since all of our belongings were in there I was not bringing them back to the one bedroom and I refused to stay in there with the roaches. They gave us air mattresses in the one bedroom. The few days turned into two months on the air mattresses. They still charged us for the two bedroom but gave us credits. At the end of the day all the credits did was reduce us down to the full price of the one bedroom and gave us a credit of $20 for not having access to our apartment. So since then they double back and charge us for the electricity being on in the apartment that we did not occupy. After this lease I am out of here.
UPDATE: So the management company got a new Regional Director named Nancy! She literally is saving Asset Management. She stepped in and acknowledged the issue and made it right. It’s now feeling homey again. I’m enjoying my two bedrooms. Not to mention NO SIGN IF A SINGLE ROACH. They ended up spraying everyone attached to me and hopefully this was helpful to my neighbors as well. Plus I do like the fact that I’m in the same building as the courtesy officer."
