From the very beginning, y’all were responsive to my questions and concerns, which truly made a difference. I appreciate the effort you both put into ensuring everything went smoothly, and your outgoing nature made the experience pleasant. "DO NOT LEASE HERE. (atleast not unit 529 pls read if you consider 529) me & my bf leased here for 4 months, and experienced an EXTREME MOLD INFESTATION. there was mold covered on all of our shoes, clothes, COUCHES, & other household items. the mold started in the closet & was caked ontop of our shoes, the mold became so bad to the point where it was affecting our breathing & both obtained respiratory infections. when brought to apt attention, they dismissed this matter as if it was not a extreme health hazard. all of our shoes are destroyed, all of our clothes are damaged & other kitchen items were thrown away. i’ve attempted multiple times to contact their renters insurance that they provided & have not been able to get a hold of them for reimbursement. now onto other problems. none of my appliances worked upon move in. my microwave, dishwasher & washer & dryer. my dish washer was broke makority of the time staying here. the elevator was ALWAYS BROKEEEE & when it was not it would take up to 8 minutes to arrive. the parking garage is a joke, the spots are so tight & there is almost never parking. the leasing office is always closed so they are never in office. RENT CHANGES EVERYYYY SINGLE MONTH DO NOT SET UP AUTO PAY. they will add on $400 out of no where then when you contact them about it they come up with an excuse or say it was an accident. they apt always smells like weed, the spot has homeless everywhere, sleeping outside of the apartment main enterance doors. this place is not luxury at all, it is extremely dirty and nobody there cares about your concerns. genuinely the worst 4 mo the of my life pls do not live here."
"Applied for The Hamilton and was assisted by both Ashley and Danyelle! They were both amazing. Didn’t lie about anything. Was very upfront and honest in regards to the fees you have to pay down. Had an issue with a previous apartment and they told me how they could still get me approved. Kept me updated every step of the way and I’m on my way to moving in next month. Thank yo my guys for making my first experience perfect. I’ll leave another review once I’ve stayed for a few months"

"I can no longer keep to myself how much I appreciate the Maintenance Team, Justin and Eduardo. They are exceptionally friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable in their work. They are always prompt in providing assistance whenever needed, and I feel safe knowing they are apart of the Maintenance Team. Whenever I see them in passing, They consistently ask how's everything going in your apartment do you have any questions or concerns. EVERY APARTMENT COMMUNITY SHOULD BE FORTUNATE TO HAVE A MAINTENANCE TEAM LIKE THIS.

"Was there for 2 years. Pretty peaceful for the most part. The building is simply older and could use renovations as well as electrical work but all in all, a pretty good experience. The parking partnership could be better in terms of having guests over. Got towed a couple times myself due to new plates not being in. But I enjoyed my stay."
