"When I first moved here everything was decent and I wasn’t having no issues, or maybe I never noticed since I was rarely home.
I leased here almost a year going on two. Management here is the the worst. They don’t care about how you feel or what conditions things are in your home. Susan always has a snappy attitude. She’s rude and always cuts you off while you are speaking. She speaks over you while your trying to explain something. My apartment was broken into and ransacked blood was left everywhere, pee all over my toilet and floors, all my clothes and kitchen items had all been touched or left with blood. The person who broke in was literally 2 doors down to the left of me. He entered through my window (broke the window) in the living room. The AC unit meter where you adjust the temperature was ripped off the wall. When the situation occurred office personnel told me they couldn’t do anything til I made a police report that it was there procedure and nothing til the report was made could be done. Mind you I am a woman who lived alone who was rarely home, this man who also lived here broke in and violated my privacy. I added pictures because nothing of this is made up. Medical pills and clothing with blood where left behind by the person and that’s how we knew it was a resident. I kept asking the office what are you guys doing about this? How is this going to be handled something needed to happen. Not to mention I had to clean up the blood and the pee and the glass everything in my house was damaged. That situation was my breaking point. The resident who broke in was eventually removed, but those are not the only issues here at the complex.
I was called 3 times to my apartment to let someone in my unit because they did not have a key. Explain how that makes any sense , when I would arrive at my apt I would call and let them know maintenance could come since I was home. I would be told they would show up, and then NEVER DID. So I was having to leave my job miss hours and then get home for no one to even let me know that maintenance would not show up.
The apartment has a horrible smell when the AC runs it smells like mold, I was curious and opened the AC unit to find the disgusting mess and the reason why it smelled horrible.
The water mark pictures I included from the side boards. I placed a maintenance request regarding the issue and stated I thought it could be a leak the first time they came out they pumped something out of the AC unit and said everything should be okay. The marks were originally in the dining area side boards, then I noticed a week later the marks were showing up on the sharing wall to the dining area of the restroom so now the restroom and dining area were having these water marks. I called again and told them the restroom now had water marks and wanted them to check it out. I was told my Susan or Natalie I can’t really recall but I know it was a manager. They told me they would personally come walk the unit the next day. The next day comes I arrive and no one came I wasn’t given updates or anything. So I called again and told them what was going on how were they gonna fix the issue. I kid you not they sent over 3 maintenance guys to paint OVER the water marks. LIKE ARE SERIOUS? Paint over them and to have 3 men to paint a board that is not even longer than 2-3 feet was so ridiculous. The only reason I knew this occurred was because my sister was at my apartment at the time and saw this.
My upstairs neighbor ran his dishwasher and it flooded the light fixtures with water and the bulbs popped since the light was left on. Water was everywhere and it took them 2 days to get this fixed.
The noise from upstairs neighbors is very clear. You can hear toilets flushing , water running , footsteps back and forth. Walls are super thin you can hear everything including phone calls and TV’s when they’re on.
My unit outside my door was infested with ants an entire trail continuously would flow in the entrance. I tried bleaching the area and no luck. This is what living here will be like."
