"I truly loved my Apartment while living there. The price was very affordable, and the apartment was updated and modern. Recommend getting a reserved spot because it’s never fun trying to find parking near your apartment. Thank you Leticia and staff!!"
"ridiculously slow management and maintenance! I call and call and they don’t answer. I put in work orders and unless my wife or I are home they don’t fix anything but still put down that they do. Moved in July about a week late due to their poor planning, and was only offered 50 dollars. Dishwasher has been out of commission since we moved in and work orders have been put in but they come and act like they’re doing something and then leave without fixing it. They painted over dead roaches before we moved in and the AC unit looks like it had mold or a buildup of something, which should’ve been cleaned BEFORE we moved in. Not too mention they hang up your incoming phone calls instead of answering and stating they’re busy and putting you on hold, they seem to always choose the unprofessional route every time…Here’s to hoping they do better… but let’s face it, that’s unlikely…."
"Really love our apartment. The fireplace makes it feel like home. The staff is very helpful and polite. And you couldn't ask for a better location. Jasmine Montero is such an amazing soul, very polite and she made us feel welcomed."
"I was searching for apartments in the area and thought these would be a great deal since units are renovated. Apartments are disgusting and filled with roaches. They have less parking spaces than units available so it’s a struggle to find parking. On top of the fact they’ll have your vehicle towed! Management is terrible."
