"The staff at this complex is absolutely amazing, especially Oscar! He was very thorough with his tour around the complex and answered all my questions with such detail. He was very professional and welcoming over the phone and when I got there! He was able to accommodate all my requirements for my future apartment and I feel so secure with my decision living here. "I have been here for two years and since the management changed the building has fallen into disrepair. The hallways are always dirty. There is a lot of trash. The gym is useless. There are no dumbbells the machines do not work. There are cockroaches everywhere. I hope my contract ends before I can move."
