"Came to tour a one bedroom and was greeted immediately by Marisol. She was very professional and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and provided a thorough tour of the apartment. The unit was clean and well-maintained. Marisol was able to address my concerns and made the process of viewing the apartment smooth and efficient. I was impressed by her professionalism and helpful demeanor throughout the entire tour. "Crescent at cityview is an amazing place for all kinds of people. This is my first apartment and the experience has been amazing. The front desk was very communicative, informative, and attentive to our needs and questions. Thank you Marisol The grounds are very well maintained and it is clear that management cares about cultivating a positive and fun environment for its residents. The apartments are also reasonably priced, we got an A1 apartment and are very pleased with it. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone searching for a quality home. Looking forward to move in, in November."

If you like rats as pets this is the place for you!
This apartment complex is infested with rats! They come in through my chimney, they make holes through my carpet, I hear them in my walls, in my air vents! And the office does NOTHING! about it. Unfortunately im not the only one dealing with this problem all my neighbors have the same issue. I have catch up to 4 rats in 1 day! THAT IS UNSANITARY AND DISGUSTING ! I can not live like this I have kids I can’t even feel comfortable buying food to have on my counters! DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT! I see all sizes of rats ? from
baby rats?
to big rats?
They come out at ALL TIMES even during the day when everyone is home !
I’ve taken the time to write this message to advise people so they don’t go through the same thing. It is miserable to live this way!"
