"They says they care but charge fees on top of fees and won’t adjust when they are wrong. Management keeps changing. Charging hundred in late fees even after you show proof of your jobs payment schedule. I wouldn’t have moved here if I knew it would be like this.
I’ve barely been here three weeks and there are RATS in the brand new Fridge and oven. There’s no emergency number to call. I am absolutely horrified. Maintenance moved the fridge outside to look then put it back and sealed up holes. The first time trying to use the oven and they are crawling out from the bottom. I waited a week and a half for pest control.
Parking is a nightmare. People steal packages.
I originally worked with Miss Diane and she was so amazing."

The property itself is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Little rowdy on the weekends but that's expected. Very happy with the way new management has been keeping everyone informed and updated on things. Miss Silvia is a sweetie and she really wants to make sure everyone is being heard. Thank you so much Miss Silvia and staff with the complex!"

"I have called the office every day begging them to do something about the rats in the oven. A infestation this large and you’d think they’d warn you about it. Everyday I call, multiple times a day and they do nothing. They won’t even replace the oven. Nobody should have to live like this. They don’t even have an after hours emergency line."
