"The service is really good very fast and effective. The apartment are well taken care of. The office is accessible the staff is easy to talk to and get things done fast. It’s kids friendly. The staff at the front office especially Miss Perla is very friendly and helpful!!"
"I had an excellent experience with Perla. She's really attentive and constantly makes sure to answer all of my inquiries and concerns. She is the sweetest, always full of love and happiness. She explained everything to me about how the procedure works and broke it down so I could understand better. She is dependable, honest, and operates with integrity. Perla is unequaled! I really suggest her!"
"Wasn’t to sure due to the rating but somthing told me to go and see for myself and boy was I glad I did ! The staff was so nice and welcoming but if you really want the best of the best see Perla! She took her time and broke everything down for me and was very honest and transparent about everything. Shes really good at her job and can tell she loves to be there. Thank you Perla!"
"Legit the WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN HOUSTON!! I have lived here with my boyfriend for just one year . Within that one year we have had roaches rats are car tires stolen are door completely broke the water never works . And the management is terrible. The first day we got here there was TONS of dog poop on our balcony and are bathtub looked like someone took a hammer to it but still got charged for a cleaning fee ? The gates don’t work at all so people just come and go WHENEVER THEY WANT ! And management writes fake reviews to get better ratings."
"Absolutely cannot wait until my lease is over. They can definitely improve on following through with maintenance requests. I've submitted multiple requests regarding my dishwasher, some of the requests would be closed out as completed with nothing actually done. Several other times maintenance would come, tell me that they are ordering a piece for it (one said he will order clips to hold my dishwasher in place, the other said he has to order new racks because the ones in there have rust/black moldish looking crusty substance that looks unhealthy) but then I would never hear back from them about it. I haven't used my dishwasher since I moved in, April 2024, probably won't use it by the time my lease is up. I would greatly appreciate it if it would be addressed or maybe a discount on my rent since I have an unusable dishwasher. I also haven't received 2 months free rent when I moved in, although it’s advertised when I moved here and still on the website.
Not to mention, the mailboxes in front of the Front Office are NOT secured whatsoever, all of the individual boxes are open so anybody can get anybody’s mail. It’s been like this for months now & the post office guy keeps putting mail in there wtff."
"I'm a super critical person and I honestly can't speak more favorably of this apartment complex. I actually love it here. The staff are actually sweet --ALL of them. If I call, they are super responsive. They have been quite accommodating of my particular needs. It's a super quiet neighborhood. Well maintained. The leasing office keeps me informed of any changes to the complex via email notifications. And, more surprisingly, for the quality of apartment and the area, the rent is QUITE reasonable. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex again and again ❤️"
