"I’ve been a part of this apartment community for a very long time. The grounds are always well-cared for, the pool is always sparkling, and the maintenance is always efficient! People that leave bad reviews here are usually the ones that break the rules and get called out on it."

"I've lived here since 2011 and love it. The grounds are always clean and well managed. The staff here are super friendly and maintenance request are always taken care of same day or next day. I feel safe walking my dog day or night. Great place to live!"
"I am living here at The Cedars and couldn’t be happier! Kim is a welcoming voice anytime I call or stop in. I feel very welcomed by staff & neighbors, a real community feel here! Any request/need has been received and taken care of in a timely manner. I have always felt safe. I highly recommend it!"
"They don’t notify you when all but one of the washing machines is out of order, which based on signage, management knew this. There’s a lot of families that use the laundry and to only have one working machine on a weekend without giving warning is completely ludicrous."
"Lived here 12 months and enjoyed my time. For the price and location you can’t beat it for being so close to 45. The units are a bit older but it’s what you expect for the age of the complex and price so I wouldn’t complain. Community of people are very welcoming, I was always greeted by anyone walking the complex which you can’t find at other places. Kim in the office is awesome! Only complaint was maintenance treated me awful, I had issues with my AC upon move in but they insisted it was working even after showing it wasn’t but even when it was reading 80 in my apartment in mid summer they shrugged it off. Finally someone listened and turns out an animal chewed some wires on the outside unit. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would rent again if needed."
"I really love living at the cedars they are supper friendly and anytime I have an issue Jimmy Ashton the maintenance manager. Always helped me right away and is so friendly."
