"I just moved into The Carlton and my father has been living here since last 2 years. I absolutely love how considerate and responsive the management is. Traci helped me from the day I was looking for an apartment and did her best to make sure I got the apartment I preferred. She and Kaira made the whole process totally comfortable specially because I was moving from out of state and had to make sure I could get my stuff delivered in the apartment before I moved in. The maintenance crew is great and always show up within short notice and do their best! Would totally recommend this place for people looking to move in the area!"
"We have been living in The Carlton in the last two years and it has been a wonderful period. The maintenance staff are quick to respond. Traci from the leasing office and the other two female staff too are always helpful.
As my daughter has moved in too here, we needed some things to be customized to suit her. Traci was understanding and empathetic and got it done for me. Grateful for that."
"Went to tour there with a friend of mine. We were helped by a young lady named Natalie. She was very sweet and very knowledgeable. The properties also very nice. If my friend didn’t need more space, she would’ve definitely have at least here. And if I didn’t own a home, I would definitely rent here."
"I am sure they are doing the best they can with what they can pay employees, however it’s far too slow to get anything fixed in your unit: and I am sure it’s not in the control of the staff to make things happen. I moved in on 4/19/24 , my patio door does not lock or close all the way, I said the day of move in I is not acceptable. They immediately came in and measured and assured me a working door very soon. I’ve asked multiple times since and 8/16/24 no door it has rotted out. The spray liner in the tub peeled away and weeks after getting here and the ceiling fan fell out of the ceiling in the bedroom. They did fix the fan, and offered to re spray the tub, but it means we have to vacate 2 days and pack up most things because it’s very hazardous to breathe in. NO THANKS! I would never move into any living space that is run by RPM. I promise they take too many short cuts."
