"We love it here! We moved here in August and thoroughly enjoy our 2/2 with attached garage. The office staff always addresses any concerns we have quickly, especially Melanie who we met the day we decided to move here. She's a sweetheart! The app is easy to use when requesting maintenance, paying rent, etc. The grounds are kept neat and clean. We love to swim in the pool, enjoy the hot tub and fire pit, work out in the gym, and have caught several fish in the pond (and luckily, shortly after we moved in, Bass Pro Shops - Outdoor World opened up across the street and we get our live bait there now instead of going to find an Academy ?). We haven't tried the golf simulator but we will eventually. Looks fun! We have also felt safe here and love the location as it's very convenient being one or two minutes from 45 and 99. Awesome place to live here inside a bustling city!! ??"
"I just moved into the Canopy at the end of September, and I absolutely love it here. It was a quick and easy move for me which was a big plus.
The Leasing Office team are all very friendly, nice, helpful, and responsive. As an avid but busy golfer, the Golf Room simulator is a huge bonus for me. I can hit balls and play a round whenever I want to. It's also nice that it is a Full Swing sports simulator, so you can play whatever sport you want and it's not just limited to golf. All of the amenities are very nice, and I enjoy using the 24/7 gym at night. The infinity pool surrounded by the pond make the property very aesthetically pleasing, and the complex/clubhouse itself is beautiful. There is also a nice dog park, and the property is very pet friendly. It is in a good and convenient location near many grocery stores and restaurants, and I feel safe with 24/7 security and off-duty police officers who live on site.
The actual apartment units are modern, nice, big, comfortable, and affordable to live in. They have everything you possibly need from 1-3 bedroom apartments with lots of parking, carports, garages, different unit styles, square footage, and price options to fit your personal needs.
10/10 would recommend living here for anyone looking to live close to Houston in the suburbs. It is a very easy commute to downtown Houston and is conveniently located by i45 and SH99/Grand Parkway."
"The first thing I noticed when I drove into this community is how clean and beautiful and well-maintained. As I was walking into the leasing office, Madison open the door for me, which I found to be really nice and welcoming. This community has so much to offer in the location is on point. When I left, I felt very welcomed with a great deal of hospitality from the office staff."
"DON'T MOVE HERE! Just don't. Horrible horrible horrible
Very rude front office. They’re very intrusive, very contrived and very ignorant. Apartments are severely overpriced for what they are (a sterile box), cars are broken into all the time, rims stolen and they like to make up charges when you move out. The negative reviews are very accurate so please heed the warning, but they will comment under this review and lie. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. I have all my emails and pictures from day 1. The red notice is posted on their main door as of 8/1 and you see how long it’s been there (look at the date)
I am being charged to replace carpet that was not soiled nor damaged, it has furniture marks from the bed. The apartment was SPOTLESS. I hope i can upload my video. There are better quality apartments in the area with a welcoming, kind and professional front office staff that genuinely care about their tenants and not making money off them by running scams.
See screenshots of the email response to me asking why am i paying for carpet replacement when absolutely nothing was wrong with it. Also the attached statement from their vendor for the carpet. They’re allowing these types of unscrupulous business practices to make money some kind of way, even if the unit was left in perfect condition and spotless. Shame on you FEIN PROPERTIES."
"The apartments are great but if you are looking for security this complex is lack of that. This week on Oct 30-31 someone stole my tailgate from my Toyota truck. In this year this is the second time our cars have been stolen at The Canopy. We feel the security has no been improved after calling or emailing the leasing office. The manager and the assistant manager never call us back or reply to our emails. We kindly asked them to notify the residents so they can be aware of any danger or take any precautions. I have started to noticed cars missing their 4 tires and we have received no email letting us know. The security guy they have at night he is always on his phone instead of watching who is get in or out the property. DONT WASTE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND MONEY LEASING HERE."
