"BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!
Stay away from this apartaments. Used to be one of the best apartments on Island, now due to new management it’s just horrible. Took us almost a year to refund the deposit that one of the girl that used to work there STOLE(deposited into her account)from us, for the club room that we were to rent for a party.
When rain outside, rains inside too through windows. When windy you can see those vertical Blinds literally moving through windows/doors which means you are going to spend a lot of electricity on AC/ heater. And by the way I putted maintenance request(4 times) in the office so this windows to be replaced. Not before hurricane Berryl nor after, never replaced for new ones.( when talked to office manager about it, she was pretending that the job was done and theyve sent her Invoice) C’mon really!!!
Mold is everywhere on this building and inside too,you can smell and see it.
Mostly of the neighbours having the same opinion when asked them."
"I would like to commend Broadwater properties for being a fantastic business!! I have an accident with my semi truck. I ended up in the hospital. Broadwater property Helped me with the rent to wait took my packages and stood in front of the apartment!! Thank you very much. I would especially like to thank Alexis!!! She is a wonderful lady who helped me with everything!!! Thank you Alexis, thank you Broadwater!!!"
"Alexis, Lisa and all the rest of the office staff are very nice and helpful. Maintenace is great and super fast on requests. The grounds are always very clean and kept up. Great quiet property. Great experience at Broadwater"
"Things have gone downhill in just 1 short year. No room to pick up packages anymore, hence packages are being stolen off doorsteps. Pool has not been opened all summer, so families with children who can't go on vacation have no pool to enjoy, nor the retired who regularly exercise in water. They hired someone who was stealing our rent money and never informed us. The nice area with books to check out is now locked up. It's really sad. It was such a lovely place. Used to recommend it to everyone. No more."
"Yes there may have been issues in the past but since Alexis took over as the property manager I have a great get done. She is here all the time and working with residents to make things right and to get things done. Alexis and her team are knocking it out the park. Alexis and team Thank You for you concern and care for the community."
