"I love my apartment community, especially when it comes to repairs of any kind. I always get fast and considerate help, and they always follow up if I have any concerns. I've lived in two different units in the past 4 years, and the office staff has been helpful as well."

"The landscape over there is very nice. It’s in a beautiful location. Great school district.The apartment sizes are ok. The bedroom closets are small. Expect a lot of bugs, but this could also be a Houston thing since I moved from out of state that was rude awakening. Plus do not expect your deposit back even if you clean up the apartment and give it back to them 98% as good as they give it to you, they will still find a way to subtract everything out and keep it of all if you coming from out of town and need a place to stay without the fuss of having to see it first it’s a good spot to spend a year or so."

A special shoutout to Ms. Josie, who has been incredibly helpful and attentive. She always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Highly recommend this place!"

She absolutely loved it and when I seen for myself, it did not disappoint . Also, Josie & Maria at the leasing office are the best!"
