"My experience with The Athena has been the most smoothest and polished process ever. Working with them as I was moving from a different state was scary for me as I did not know what to expect, however the management and team at The Athena provided high quality units and service! I did have some things that did not work my first day in, but Antwon & Elvia made sure to have every thing fixed in a timely manner. I feel comfortable here and am excited to continue being a resident at the Athena."
"Have not lived in this area in over 10 plus years and seeing these apartments and the changes are wonderful. Manager is Great with Vision and action, Staff is Great and understanding Services are far beyond as if you were living in Luxury and Community has changed and still growing"
"When you see this apartment run away. I have been 1 years and 3 months in this place. I renewed my contract and they didn't fix anything in my apartment and they say that I'm the one who has to fix it when it's a rental and they should do it. There are cockroaches and they don't come. The paint on the bathtub doesn't work and they told me that I have to pay 600 dollars. The only thing that works is the tow truck that they charged me 300 dollars for and it was in the application and to this day I haven't received an answer. There was a shooting. Nobody here helps. I have a baby and they don't listen to him. Don't come."

"Management at The Athena and his staff were Amazing with my move in and they went above and Beyond for my daughter and I. Elvia and Priscilla work very well together as a TEAM. And Antwon the manager did not stop until everything was perfect!!! I am so grateful that they care enough to treat my daughter and I as though We Matter!!!! Continue to do amazing work....... Thanks to ALL of you and I don't want to forget about The Maintenance Team...... They were AWESOME!!!!!"
