"I scheduled a tour for 1:15pm. I show up and there’s a sign that says they’ll be back at 3pm. I schedule another tour because I’m still shopping around for a place. The appointment is at 4:05pm. I get to the leasing office a little early and see a sign that says they’ll be back at 4pm. I go to the door right at 4:05pm. Door is locked, sign hasn’t moved. A worker was nearby taking things out of an apartment when he saw me standing around looking confused lol. He asks if I am looking for an apartment. I say yes. He gets his keys, unlocks the door, and knocks on a door saying “boss”. He comes back out two seconds later and says “she said she’s busy”?. I am floored. I scheduled this!! You’re supposed to be busy with me! I do not recommend trying to view this apartment. If you schedule a tour and you actually get to take it I am so happy for you lmao."
"I’ve lived at the Arden Terrace Apartments
homes for several years. The area is great and not to far from work.. I’m looking for good customer service and communication. Amanda is a very helpful and kind person.. She has taken care of my work orders in a timely manner and I really appreciate it. I just signed my new lease and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next for this property.. Keep up the good work Amanda and thanks for all your help."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could give zero stars, I would! We’ve been without power 3 times in a month and when I asked for a discount on my rent the manager said only with receipts. First time we were without power for 2 days, last weekend for 3 days and now since last night. I don’t even see anyone out here trying to fix the problem. These apartments allow anyone to move in. There are people smoking weed all in the parking lot. One apartment has people coming and going so I’m pretty sure they sell weed and smells so strong! I can’t wait to move out!!"

"The management team has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which is a huge plus. My apartment is spacious and modern, with updated appliances and plenty of natural light.One of the best features is the amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool area is a great place to relax on weekends. The community events organized by the management are a nice touch and provide a sense of community among residents."
"Want to start off by saying the leasing manager is so rude after you move in. She has no customer service skills, the pool is never clean ,the washers and dryers have not been working since 2 months ago and it has been brought to the manager attention and she responds with a unprofessional response. They are power outages in this complex often and shootings because they lease to anyone I’ve had packed even stolen from out side my door don’t recommend this place to anyone."
