"I have nothing but the highest praise for this apartment complex. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance personnel are absolutely delightful people. Every problem I have had, has been handled so professionally and quickly. When I came to them about a flickering light in the hall (My best friend is epileptic so this is a big deal for her) it was fixed by the time I got home from work. They have returned every call within an hour or so, they were very on top of keeping all guest informed of any complications on property. They have lovely monthly events and food trucks. The few times I came into the office with my ESA dog they were always so kind to her. The only reason I am not staying, is because I have moved out of state and if I ever return, I will be going here first. In comparison to other apartments were I have been gaslit and given the run around, this complex has been a breath of fresh air (literally because they mop the elevators all the time and it smells great). Thank for such a positive experience!!!!!"
"I am so happy to call these apartments my home! The abbey management and the office staff are the absolute best. I love how all of the ladies are so genuine and kind. Whenever I have a need, question or concern they always respond quickly ! Even the maintenance team is always on their A game keeping the property up! I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to live in a great community and have a great leasing office to help all of your needs. The leasing office ladies are definitely one of the reasons why I wrote this review because they deserve all of the recognition. Also the community does events every month so it really brings the community together and I love that. Overall great environment ! This review is from my personal experience and hope others find this place just as amazing as I do."

"We absolutely loved our stay here at the Abbey on Lake Wyndemere. Obviously living in apartments there’s always going to be little issues here and there, but the staff does an OUTSTANDING job of letting the residents know of all issues and timeframes on resolutions (never did we have an issue in the apartment that wasn’t fixed same or next day). The few times we had to come to Danielle for any issues, she always was happy to help us and made sure things were taken care of in full! The community is like no other apartment complex I’ve ever lived at, you truly feel like you’re home when you live here. The price you pay for what you get, is just not matched anywhere else in this area. If you’re deciding between here and another place to stay, the Abbey is definitely the better choice! My wife, myself and our pup loved every minute of living here. (I don’t leave reviews on companies unless I’m really disappointed or overly joyed with my service. This complex and this staff deserve 5 stars!)"
"When we first moved in we had no AC for over a week and was told repeatedly it would be fixed within a day. When asked about compensation they never answered. We have to pay $125 a month for an amenity fee even though majority of the amenities have been unusable throughout the time we’ve lived here. There’s a constant smoke detector or fire alarm device that will randomly go off and we can’t find where it’s coming from. We’ve had to take our own trash out every week although being told it was valet service. Parking is terrible and stuff is typically unhelpful or unreliable."
