"I've been a resident for awhile. This place is great for convenience for the staff make things easy. Adrian the property manager is active and communicative on everything going on. He's accessible and willing to listen. Monica the awesome assistant is always on point with any questions you have and very patient. The service crew has a great leader and they respond when you need them. This a great place that keeps improving. I'm glad to live here. Give it a shot you will like it."
"I lived here for maybe a couple months. I moved out and barely had anything in the unit. They sent me a ridiculous move out bill that’s crazy and now I keep getting the runaround to speak with anyone. My unit had a bad bug/roach problem the real reason I moved out and they charged me a roach fee never heard of it . The old property manager Adrian was great but now since he’s gone the office staff brush you off and don’t even come to the phone. I have been trying to get an explanation of all these charges that definitely are not valid!!!!! Oh and also I haven’t been gone 30 days and they have sent my account to collections ! What a joke."
"These are some very decent apartments. And management is beyond phenomenal! All the work around/inside they’ve been doing to really stands out and shows how much they care and appreciate their tenants. You’ll have to understand the progress they’ve made over the years to appreciate it."
"I would rate this a NEGATIVE 5 Star if I could. I previously rated this high because of the maintenance and manager only. Now that I have moved I received a huge bill for things that they say need to be replaced. I’ve called and requested to speak to Adrian (the Manager) but keep being told he is busy and have yet to receive a call back to discuss this ridiculous bill. I’ve NEVER had roaches but there was 1 tree roach that must have came into the apartment when I left and they put a $45 roach charge on my move out bill. ??? Everybody knows that apartments use cheap paint to paint the showers that peel after 3 months from the humidity/steam in the bathroom. They are charging me $180 for 1 small piece that peeled off.? Really???!!! There are many other ridiculous charges on there. When I moved I was asked to do a review, so i wrote a nice review …. Now that I moved and got this RIDICULOUS BILL. Now no one wants to talk!!! I’m sure someone is going to reply to this with the same bull crap apologies and say to call to discuss but I’ve already done that waaay too many times. You have my number … YOU CAN CALL ME if you want to discuss.
Btw… I lived here for 2 years and was NEVER late on my rent. A great resident, never any problems. Problems I had, Car was broken in once. Weed smokers everywhere. Dog crap everywhere.
Maintenance is good, they attend quickly to your request and fix issues."
