"I'm now officially a member of the Abbey at Memorial Community! Being a transplant from another state, EVERYTHING is new to me! From the beginning of the rental process to move-in, Antonio was INSTRUMENTAL in allowing for a fairly smooth transition with minimum anxiety! There were a couple of things needing immediate attention; same were resolved in a satisfactory time-frame. Though I've met others on staff, Antonio has been my primary contact and he has always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism.
I've read other reviews, some of which do not paint a pretty picture of the Abbey at Memorial as a residential complex, i.e., the staff, apartments and the grounds keeping. Truth is, had I read these neg reviews prior to moving in, I would have ran the other way..Yikes! Good news is that I can only speak on what I've experienced thus far and, though not the Taj Mahal [sp], so far so good. YES, I am of the opinion that the office would benefit by increasing their staffing.
I'm of the belief that as a resident, I'm also responsible for the condition of my surroundings; take pride in where I live and don't act like a pig [clean-up after myself]. Thank you Antonio for being "on it" and thanks also to other staff!"
"It looks beautiful Apartments in great location. Every thing looks good with proper condition in my unit. During my application and my movement Leasing Agent Antonio did his best to make it easy and fast? and It took not too much time after application to move in."
"Awesome community ran by amazing staff. Antonio was the first person I met and me and my son loved his energy on site. Great assistance anytime with exceptional professionalism and respect to residents. He went over and beyond to communicate efficiently in reference to the property, maintenance and any additional information requested. The other managers were great as well."

"I am in apt 143!!! And I’ve been here since June 2024! This has been THE WORSE apartments I’ve EVER been in! Roaches! Broken everything! Everything is old! No microwave! And now?! I have a $600 electric bill from Conservice and I’m never home! First month $200 bill, next month, $300 bill didn’t really trip! But this month, it’s $600 freaking dollars! And the management has horrible communication on this issue! Litecia (property mgr) has YET to get this looked at! No one is moving or has a care in the world! This place needs to be put under investigation because they are monopolizing the electricity and ALSO pocketing some of this money! They don’t want no other electricity company setting up! How does a $1500 rent turn into a $2100 rent?!!!! This makes no sense! I’m contacting the AG!"
"I rated this property with 1 ⭐️ due to poor communication. I paid in the hundreds just for the application and administration fees and applied over a month ago and I am still waiting to be contacted regarding my application status. At this point I am left to believe that The Abbey collects monies from potential tenants but never intends on renting out a unit. It’s all just a scam to get hundreds of dollars of your hard earned money. The Abbey at Memorial application fees are extremely high and none refundable for that reason to scam you and countless of others by charging none refundable fees with little to no apartments available.
Don’t waste your time applying here unless you have money to throw away and you don’t need to really move. This property is a joke no one calls you back and the upper management that makes the final approval doesn’t really exist.

"I dont recommend dealing with this complex at all, the poor communication between office staff will have you out of money and out of options. After collecting a bunch of money and heavily pushing their partner, Liberty Rent, they sent me a lease and welcome letter only to recind everything 2 days before move in, without a care in the world as to how that has real life effects on the people on the other end of that decision. If the way they collect fees and push liberty rent on prospective residents( which also collects fees) and then renigg isnt illegal in someway it should be. Apply at your own risk, they have no problem screwing over hard working people."
