"i think these apartments are great but i only have one request y’all need to consider y’all need to build a place where the children can play soccer i never had a problem with them but my neighbor does he’s window keeps getting hit so to solve this problem y’all might have to consider adding somewhere built for the children. thank you ?"
"Do not lease these apartments. The management especially Lisa is the worst. If I could post the phone call that was recorded I would. I was set to move in this apartment complex on yesterday December 23, 2024 that apartment was filthy upon entering and looks nothing like the apartments that they have on the website. Also Lisa lies and will say she told u something and didn’t. Make sure all calls are recorded with them. I asked her for the property manager number and she told me to look it up. If u wanna live in trash please feel free to move in. If not DONT. The pictures are the pictures that were taken at the apartment upon first entering the new apartment I signed for."
"Can that speed bump at the entrance get any higher?! Top of it is all scraped up with the bottom of cars. Only big tall trucks vans and SUVs can go in without damaging the bottom of your automobile."

"The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer my many questions. My family and I moved from out of state and the process was different from what we were used to. The staff took the time to explain the process and made us feel like we were already home! Thanks"
"Place was dirty and roach infested then we got bedbugs from the next door neighbors. They told us they would move us because I was unhappy with the noise upstairs. All lies. Trash every where. Loud music. Children with no respect. People not following the rules of the lease. Aggressive dogs attacking other dogs. Hate it here. Can't wait to leave"
