"People in the office are very rude and not helpful. When you live here you feel like you don't have right to say anything, like they paying you to be there and stay quiet. Very rude."
"I do not live here, this is service based review. Just toured the property a few weeks ago, they have been super helpful and mindful of following up every week, I appreciate the emails from Diane, most people would find it annoying but I really appreciate the follow ups and like that they keep track of possible incoming tenants. Property was nice and quiet when we toured and Diane was knowledgeable and professional. :)"
"We have enjoyed living at Tanglebrook over the last 2 ½ years. We really appreciate the time and consideration of the office and maintenance staff. They are great to work with, attentive and thorough with each item we have needed assistance with."

"This place is such a nice and quiet place to live! The apartments are beautiful and have a lot of character/charm. The staff are always so nice and have a smile on their face when someone walks in. It’s also in an amazing part of town and close to everything. When there are issues in the apartment, which are few, they are here fast to work on the issue."
