"Very bad maintained laundry room, out of all just two of them works, and then they charge you extra for paying by card.
Your rent will always increase and then they blame it in extra charges from City of Houston and add it up to your water and sewer bill.
Roaches are there all over the apartments, the maintenance don’t take notifications seriously, the tree in front of our house is shaking in the storms but they don’t take actions, however, always branches of it are falling down.
In one sentence “Don’t commit the mistake of living here”.
Even if you don’t want to use parking, and trash service they will charge you.
So overall it is a scam.
Just look at those negative/one star reviews, it speaks for itself. I know a better and more attractive apartment option, DM me I can get you a way better apartment for the same price."
"I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Summerville Apartments. After a year-long tenancy with my partner, we maintained a spotless apartment. However, upon moving out, we were unfairly charged $360 without justification. The management took misleading photos to support their claim. I'm shocked by their unprofessional behavior and strongly advise against renting here, as they may jeopardize your credit."
"It’s been about 6 months since I moved here and so far so good. My neighbors are cool and quiet. The pool was opened. Parking is getting better. The people in the office are very helpful and sweet. They answer work orders pretty quickly. Will be resigning my lease with them."

"I use to live there and it is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE. People had major violent fights late at night, loud obnoxious parties, gun shots, water leaking from the bedroom window, rats, roaches everywhere, including in the refrigerator and I'm a clean person. It was ridiculous. I could go on and on but thats enough. DO NOT MOVE THERE!!"
