"I have lived here 9 years and unfortunately I have noticed the property value diminish tremendously within the last year. I have witnessed with my own eyes, on two diffrent occasions within the past month, three to six young males breaking into people's cars and storages. I have gone to the office about each occasion and have been told they are not responsible for our safety, being that it's in our contract. Safe to say I do not feel safe where I lay my head. Very sad to say. The fence being down and broken for the past several months seems to be the cause of most of the break ins and when asked as to when it's going to be fixed they don't have an answer. They keep providing excuse after excuse. Very scarey to think I have to watch my back when returning home at night. I've always felt safe living here as long as I have but needless to say I don't believe, unless they fix these issues, I will be resigning my lease. My safety is more important to me and I want to feel as safe as I can living in the place I call home. This property use to be a great one, so sad to watch it go down the way it is. We pay way to much to not feel safe at a place we call home."
"Krysti, Paula & Aimee are amazing professional AT ALL TIMES!! I never in my life bought lunches for ladies that I’m not involve with, but these 3 right here are fantastic! I recommend you all to live on this property. The atmosphere in this office is amazing!"
"Spacious newly renovated apartments , onsite facilities like gym, clubhouse, pool , dog park and trash valet. Management makes it a priority to ensure residents here feel safe and comfortable. Great maintenance team onsite everyday doing repairs and keeping the property tidy.

"I have lived here for three years and have had a good experience. Since Aimee and her staff came on board, I have seen many innovations and improvements on the property -- digital gate entry, valet trash service, patrol service in the evenings and parking app usage, to name a few.
Management and staff do a great job of keeping us informed, of keeping the property safe and clean being responsive and helpful whenever I reach out to them. They work tirelessly to create a community in when we can be proud to live.

"I do not recommend moving here. The new staff is horrible. They are very judgmental, sneaky and deceiving. I caught them on camera. They just hired a new guy listening at my door, and looking into peoples vehicles, I understand they are trying to improve the property but the way they are going about doing it is horrible. They are putting people in a category, I’ve seen some ill things go down with management over the last couple years, their corporate office really needs to get a handle on things and explain to their new management. That racism is no longer tolerated"
