"This is my second time living here... My only mistake was leaving the first time, but that was due to awful management. The new management is attentive and makes you feel at home. First off, this complex has the best security I have ever encountered. There's a SWAT officer and his K9 constantly (24/7) patrolling the entire complex and parking garage, which makes me feel at ease and comfortable living in a safe space. Everyone knows feeling safe in a big city is a must, and I can't speak enough about how clean and well-kept this complex is. You can tell the attention to detail was important when creating all units/spaces/amenities. Plus, living above HEB and a coffee shop, where you get a discount at every Monday, is the best!"
"We have lived at St. Andrie for just over a year now and have had a positive experience. The new staff that transitioned last Fall have been amazing. They are kind, responsive, and helpful with any questions and issues we've had, and they communicate very well with all residents and take action on feedback. The maintenance staff is wonderful as well. The apartment is modern, clean, and spacious. The building is secure from entry into the building and the garage parking. Plus, living on top of HEB is a huge benefit. Overall, we highly recommend St. Andrie!"
"Just renewed my lease! I’m usually a nomad who loves to move from one property to another but this apartment made it easy for me to decide and stay. Love the team here, they're very personable, communicative and treat you like family. The place is always clean and maintained well. Maintenance team is urgent when it comes to work orders. Multiple monthly events bring all the residents together and keep everyone entertained. The convenience of having HEB / Blue tile coffee downstairs is also there however, I would recommend this property regardless without those two amenities!"
"Just moved in and now have lived here for a little over a month now and I absolutely live living here. Tiffany was very friendly and helpful and the other staff were also very friendly and helpful since I moved in. The facility is so well maintained and I absolutely love living right above HEB! The security officer is here 24/7 so I feel very safe. Overall I have had a positive experience and I would totally recommend St. Andrie. :)"
"So let me tell you about this great place! We stumbled in right at the end of a previous lease and when I say we walked out knowing this is the place to live. Right on top of HEB, very and I mean this a very attentive staff. Tiffany helped us secure our spot but everyone on the team has been a pleasure to work with.
When we had the big storm recently nothing missed a beat. We had power and staff was still here helping out.
Come and check it out for yourself! This is definitely luxury living! All common spaces are clean and very usable. I’m excited for the first time I have been enjoying all the amenities."
