"I have an elderly family member who lives here. She can’t get any rest because there are several apartments here that have couples who just scream and yell and cuss at each other all day and all night. The management does not care enough to do anything. My family member puts in maintenance requests that are regularly ignored. Before we knew how bad it was, we thought about moving there. Could never even get ahold of the manager. So, move here if you wanna hear a man scream-yelling foul names at his girlfriend all day and all night. Can’t you guys do something about that already?
Edit: can confirm four months later that this has only become a bigger issue and management is still just as hard to get a hold of. Never in the office, never answer the phone."
"Horrible!! Horrible!! I do not recommend these apartments! The management is horrible they are rude and NEVER in the office and NEVER answer their phones. When we needed maintenance done they would come and rig it up (and say they fixed it) and I would have to put in another work order and would have to stay on them to come fix the problem’s. Also the parking sucks and within 1 year our car got messed with 3 times and the window broken and they did not care. Also my cousin lived there and she had to move out because mold and water damage they refused to fix."
"This is a very quiet complex. Great place to live. My lease ends in 2 months and our family is growing so I'm sad to go .Out of all the apartments we have lived in this has been the best one.
Maintenance is handle in a quick manner.
No issues with bugs as some apartments we have lived in had bug issues.
The manager is on top of everything and does an excellent job at resolving any issues. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews on the manager because we have had no problems with her even we were being loud with music in the parking lot. She came out there and was very nice and joking about us turning it down. If your following the rules of the complex then there should be no issues with management. I love this place and am very sad to go. Best apartments we have lived in !!!"
"I have been living at this complex for 3 years and I have had zero complaints. It’s a very nice neighborhood and it’s really quiet. I work the night shift and I never have any problems while trying to sleep during the day. The maintenance is awesome any time there is a problem they are very helpful and usually help fix it the same day it’s reported. The management is also very helpful and nice and always helps me with my problems and responds to my emails very quickly."
"I lived at this complex for four years and I didn’t want to leave but the management alone forced my hand to do so. The lack of professionalism and customer service was almost nonexistent and deplorable to say the least. I never bothered anyone and always kept to myself, but yet I would receive noise complaints from management with threats of getting the Sherrif involved or eviction. The way management operates is with an iron fist and she did have her “nice days” but they felt almost forced. I loved the community and the area is so nice, my neighbors were great and I enjoyed their company. The Apartment was pest free and I never had a problem with any other tenant."
