"Living at South Main has been an exceptional experience! The property is impeccably maintained, with spotless common areas and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond, showing genuine care for residents and ensuring comfort at every turn. From the top-notch amenities to the outstanding service, this place truly feels like home. "This property has generally good units and has decent maintenance. The ammenities are pretty standard, (gym, work areas, pool), and the property has great bayou access. I initially gave this property 5 stars, but living here over time, very basic issues persist unresolved. The property lacks very basic services that basically every other apartment building has at this price point. There is no concierge, (there are leasing agents that kinda fill the role, but they are only present when the leasing office is open) if you need anything outside of leasing office hours you're SOL. Guest parking is extremely limited. Many units have broken door lights and carpets are poorly cleaned. Also, for some reason you can't enter the building through the front door. The delivery situation is pretty sketchy, there's a good chance that your package will simply be left outside of the building itself (see no 24/7 concierge above). The property has tons of potential, great location and the building itself is very nice. But as things are now there isn't really much to justify the high cost, there is no concierge which is insane, even accounting for location there are other buildings within a 2 mile radius charging the same price and providing far more. I would love to update this review back to a 5 star review if simple improvements are made, a 24/7 concierge alone would bump this review to 5 stars.

"The property is beautiful, I love my new home here at south main. Brittney made the application and move in process and breeze and assisted with everything I need! Property manager Bea and leasing agent Marley are also amazing and very helpful! Overall the staff and property definitely deserve 5 stars! I absolutely love living here! Recommending all my friends and family here!"
"I’ve had a great experience living at the building on South Main! The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially Brittany, have been incredibly helpful and attentive. It’s clear they care about the residents and go out of their way to ensure we’re comfortable. From the amenities to the friendly service, this place has truly felt like home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality place to live in the area!"
"Came to visit a friend who lives on the property and was THOROUGHLY impressed! The front desk staff was kind and always helpful, there’s always an officer on staff that made me feel safe while I was staying there. I’m actually considering moving back to Houston from out of state and arranged a tour during my stay which was given by the manager herself. She was extremely sweet, helpful and informative. Loved the amenities, the gorgeous pool area and the apartment itself that I toured was amazingly beautiful! The location is great and centrally located with tons of restaurants and shopping available. Hope to make this place my home soon!"
