"I had the pleasure of DJing an Oldies Happy Hour for a live group of seniors at this location. We were in the great room, overlooking the pool area. Everything was beautiful. Love to come back soon!"
"My wife and I have lived here for a year now and absolutely love it here! There are so many activities and get togethers always happening. The people who live here are great as well. Beautiful pool and dog park. We hope to be here for many years to come. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cody and Kathy run a great active living community. "This is a fantastic place to live for 55+ adults. Kathy Brown, the leasing manager was incredibly helpful and efficient when moving my Mom and Aunt in. "We recently moved to Solea Cinco Ranch and our experience has been more than amazing. We were in an urgent need for accommodation and Katherine Brown made the whole process very effortless and efficient for myself and my wife.
A few things we appreciate around the community are the parking, convenient grocery carts located by the elevator which make transporting heavy groceries very easy, and the valet trash pick up.
This is a quiet and peaceful community and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for senior living in the Katy area.
