"I have been living here almost 3 years. Maintenance is amazing. They respond within minutes. The manager, Liz assistant manager Crystal and Jesenia are awesome people. I lived in a two two flat, which was beautiful. Now I live in a townhome and it’s beautiful. It includes a backyard. It’s very private. It has a courtesy officer. Being a police officer myself I look out after the property as well. Very clean no loud noises. I recommend coming and looking at these apartments, they are like a resort style. I will include some pictures. Today my AC went out within a few minutes. Maintenance came out here and fix my AC. Thank you so much."
"We have been living here for 2 years, the assistant manager Crystal goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our apartment. Every time I request pest control they come the same week. Each time I have reached out to Crystal for an issue she sends maintenance out immediately to address my concerns. (Which sometimes were me not knowing how to fully shut the windows etc.) but they still showed up immediately and helped! If mail is delivered we are informed in a timely manor and usually have it waiting for us at the front when we walk in. Crystal is Very attentive to the residents and I really appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help!"
