"Terrible Security and Deposit Scams
- The security is very poor; cars and wheels have been stolen multiple times (see attached photo of stolen cars).
- Forget about your deposit—management finds excuses to charge you for upgrades to their apartments. Scam Tactics in Play.
- During my first weeks living in the apartment, the AC wasn’t working.
- After two months, the countertops and bathroom vanity started bubbling. It turned out that before I moved in, the contractor had painted over the old countertop with multiple layers—up to three! This happened because they didn’t properly prepare the surface (see attached photo).
- As I mentioned, they make excuses to use your deposit for apartment upgrades.
- The garbage disposals are so weak they can’t even shred onion or potato skins!"
"Lived here from 2017-2024 but had to move states due to unforeseen circumstances. I loved the years I spent here with my little family. Maintenance was usually quick to respond to any issues that needed to be fixed. I never had any issues in my apartment relating to roaches, bedbugs, mice, etc! Definitely miss it here!"
"As a tenant of Sharpstown Park Apartments, recent incidents have raised significant safety concerns within our community. In a gated parking area that should provide security, two cars had all eight of their tires stolen, leaving both tenants and neighbors feeling vulnerable. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident; we've heard of similar thefts occurring on the premises, which were reported to the property manager. Despite these reports, there has been no visible increase in security measures, nor has there been an adequate response to ensure tenant property safety.
We urge the higher management team at Morgan Group, as this community is one of your properties, to address this matter promptly. We strongly recommend increasing the number of security cameras to cover all areas and deploying a 24-hour security guard to deter future incidents. Tenant safety and property security should be a top priority, and immediate action is needed to restore peace of mind to residents. We hope to see improvements in the coming months, and we will gladly update our review if meaningful measures are put in place.

"Sadly, their service has deteriorated in the past year. No one cares about your complaints, especially her new agent - Kerry, and they always blame the resident, even though it is their own fault. Don't trust them in a single sentence. I left my stuff from kitchen to bedroom for clean up but no one show up to do pest control. That would be a great decision to not extend my contract for next period!!!!!!!!! I hope someone take action to solve the complex issues!!!!!!!"
"Ive been in the complex since January and i am very satisfied with the environment this apartment complex gives you. Neighbors are friendly and they mind their business. No noise complaints or any other complaints from my part. Ms.Sherry and her team are great, they are quick to respond for any maintenance issues. Isabel, and Sergio have been great with what they do! Also!! They are very thorough with apartment insects inspections, since my time here ive not had any issues with roaches, ants, bedbugs etc. My husband and i are definitely planning to stay here until we get it together and get a house. Im excited for the time i will be here. Im glad the apartment complex is being managed by Ms.Sherry i honestly wish other apartment complexes had a Ms.Sherry for manager. I really do want to commend her for her hard work here."
