"Dead bodies found in the lake in 2017 and sometime before 2006. You couldn't pay me to live here again. ABORT ABORT ABORT!!! This place had been infested with TONS of tiny roaches EVERYWHERE. I couldn't cook my food. Just ate pizza all the time. Was stalked by a man who lived nearby. Sometimes while coming home from work, guys would whistle and stare at me. It's like a wild animal kingdom. Broke my lease and left. Never felt like a home. Negative stars!"
"I moved from these apartments 2 years ago and it has been the BEST decision I EVER made. I see the same issues I had then are still happening. All they want is your rent. The roaches and pests and rats make it hard to live comfortably and the water is ALWAYS getting shut off. Someone was shot there just looking for an apartment. The area is bad and the people in the office don't care about the tenants AT ALL. I am still involved in an active lawsuit against them and they are being investigated by the Houston Apartment Association so please keep writing reviews as it will help with my case and anyone else who wants to report this apartment complex."
"do not live here!!!! this place is so disgusting!!!! please find another place. it’s infested with roaches, rats and raccoons. they shut off the water at least 3-4 times a month. one time i had no water for a whole day and i couldn’t take a shower and they didn’t give ANY NOTICE. the managers (astrid) are also very rude and racist and doesn’t like to solve any problems. one time she said she couldn’t do anything about a situation because she had “too much stuff to do” very unprofessional. take your money elsewhere!!! the health department needs to investigate. if i could rate 0 stars i would."
"Apartments are infested!!! Do not move here !!! I stayed here for a year always payed rent I time I was late for the very first time and I got and eviction notice the next day even with communication to the office. The roaches made it impossible to live there , they shut the water off atleast 3-5 times a month had ants in my pantry crawling in my food and roaches inside my refrigerator VERY DISGUSTING, and just recently moved out and as far as my knowledge before they touch your things they have to give you a 30 day notice of eviction or something “IN HAND” and I got nothing I came to get the rest of my things last week and my neighbor informs me that threw all of my thing out Literally chunked all of my things over the balcony, that was literally all of my daughters things toys and all and now I have to start over they have me no communication or anything they touched my thing with out permission or even given me time to get my things , front office staff manager Astrid is very unprofessional DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! And my moms car was left on the ground with all of her tires tooken off of her car a Toyota Corolla"

It’s also close to several grocery stores/ shopping centers.
As a single mother I worry about security and safety. This place is on top of it!
The staff is wonderful! They follow the rules with a smile on their face. Everyone in this office is filled with such warm hearts. They are very understanding and willing to assist!
Ms. Catherine has to be my favorite! She’s always eager, honest, and willing/ ready to assist you on your mission of the day. She’s also a joyful person, which helps when we are frustrated.
Ms. Astrid has even given me advice before instead of turning me away like other managers do. She’s amazing and sweet!
The new guy Melvin/ Marvin is also very welcoming and helpful!!
Thus far this home is the BEST home EVERRRR‼️?♥️
